Taken from Posh forum: "My Rovers loving friends thought we were lucky, I thought we at least deserved a draw. From my point of view getting a win was lovely and I thought overall we deserved it" Not sure what game he was watching. Same one as me I reckon.

If there's one thing we're supposed to be good at it's scoring. But we didn't really look like doing so. Are our forwards starting to over-play it? Trying to walk it in the net?

A bit of that, plus some good last ditch blocks/tackles and a few good saves.

The team generally played very well today; however, Roos, again made another howler, which this time eventually lead to an unnecessary defeat. Hopefully DC reinstates Mildy for the Tuesday nights home match with Fleetwoiod. IMO Ellis went backwards today, not really competing for the ball and his anticipation was very poor; Gafney was unlucky to be substituted. 3 errors so far for Roos this season, like I said a couple of weeks ago I'm not convinced and today even less so. Not saying Mildy should go back in cos yeah he's 39 and apparently injured too but I honestly reckon if we'd had a good reliable keeper between the sticks this season we'd be at least 6 points better off maybe more. The first thing you want from a keeper is to do the simple things right and be reliable and settled about the way he goes about things and for me Roos is not that Goalkeeper. I'm not pulling up any trees over today though we've lost under DC before and bounced back and gone on a run and I fancy us to do it again. We've been brilliant these last 2 and a half years but there's been uncertainty in the keeper role throughout we need to sort it if we're going to push on sgain, it feels to me that we've got 3 keepers but none of them fit the bill for various reasons. I'd like us to ship one out in January and spend some money on an experienced early 30s keeper that can be relied on at this level. If we do that I reckon top six is very achievable.

I think DC knows roos isn't good enough but we can't do anything about it till January unfortunately.

I'm as gutted as everyone else, but let's not get too down on the players. We were by far the better team, and got mugged because of a couple of individual errors. A couple? Ah you're back. Did we lose?

First off I can't believe how over weight some of there players were, chunk with the beard in defence for them wobbled along and I feared for clarkes career when they had a 50/50 Wasn't impressed with the first half but knocked it about nicely in the second half and was nice to see leadbitter causing problems,so frustrating watching him sometimes,if you got that pace use it and beat the man Still think we lack up front,we need a player like Roberts, hayles or stewey along side Taylor to get out this division as missed chances will cost us Still think we're be in top 6 though come may,no side I've seen has worried me Utg

Let's not give Kelle too much grief, don't think there is any player in the squad that hasn't made a few mistakes this season, but being a keeper his are highlighted. Doubt Lockyer will get anywhere near as much negativity for being skinned for the winner.

Ah you're back. Did we lose? Of course he is! He's been waiting weeks to get back into the groove. BTW - they scored 2 goals. Two is a couple. So logically a couple of errors. But let's get the knife well & truly & start twisting it.

Doubt Lockyer will get anywhere near as much negativity for being skinned for the winner. Always remember a cartoon in The Football League Review (remember that?) many years ago. A goalie about to face a penalty shootout snarls at his teammates "So you can't score in 90 minutes but expect me to save a penalty?" Very apt.

I'm rather drunk so I'll keep this short and sweet.
We were robbed today. Created enough chances to win 3 games but the final ball was lacking. Peterborough are a team I thought would be challenging near the top this year and they did nothing to impress me today.
Individual mistakes may of cost us, but I thought we played well on the whole, although a bit sloppy at times, and there's nobody in this league we should fear!
On to Tuesday and three points vs Fleetwood! UTG!!

Everyone of our players seemed to want to take two or three touches before attempting to shoot. Lots of chances were spurned in my opinion due to this when a first time shot was called for we were sadly lacking.

Problem was Posh kept so many men behind the ball our players had to beat about 3 men just to get a shot on target. Given Leads was causing so many problems with his speed down the wing, I can't understand why DC didn't bring on Monty rather then a like for like swap. Plus I can't see Easter could have been any worse than Gaffney or Harrison leading the line. You fear not getting an another experienced striker could come back to bite DC come May.

Having heard DC's aftermatch interview and seen Mildenhalls warm up today which consisted of throwing the ball to the goalkeeping coach who punted the ball left footed for Roos to save on numerous occasions I now realise why this had happened. Mildy not training quite frequently and off to see a specialist on Monday does not auger well and with Puddys injury record since he has been with us would point to a new keeper coming in January irrespective of Roos being here or not. Mildenhall was obviously on the bench as emergency backup due to Puddy being out injured again. I have to admit having seen that pitiful mistake today, I for one am not convinced that Roos is any better than any opposition keeper we have faced this season, in fact in many cases not as good. Am I wrong in thinking emergency loans are still available for the keepers position, if thats the case, I expect to see a new arrival shortly.

Ah you're back. Did we lose? Yep 2-1. Did you not see the match? It's all a bit tiresome now. We lose a match, narrowly, and the first for ages, and you post about 15 negative comments. When we win, as we so often do, you say little. I know (or hope) it's all some kind of ironic joke, but what is the point of it all?

Comrades, how many times have we done this to others. The performance and the attitude of the team wasn't bad it was just one of those days. We will pick ourselves up, dust ourselves down and start again. We have not become a bad side overnight because of this. We are moving forwards on all levels, setbacks are inevitable. We will learn and we will stronger for it. We have to have bad days to appreciate the good ones. This club is on the brink of something special. Enjoy the rollercoaster for what it is (sorry sounding like a *ing like a hippy) UTG.
