DC's blunders mounting already. 1. starts the season having not completed his signings. 2. too many changes too soon. 3. Parkes, who looked good against Grimsby left out for a new arrival. Yet again our manager won't last the season.

There's not being afraid to change things and then there's dicking about with the squad. Tonight we paid the price.

We are sh**. There were zero positives to take from the start to our season and I feel sorry for all gasheads feeling like me right now. DC is under a hot spotlight. He will crack pre Xmas. Our support deserve BETTER.

Don't get me wrong, disappointing start but "zero positives to take from the start of our season" is complete and utter bollocks, opinion or not.

It'll be interesting to find out why he made the changes. Just for the hell of it because he thought those players were the best to play Barnet. Minor injuries? Enough to keep them out of the game, but on the bench for emergency?
I wonder if we'll be told....
Supposedly more shots on target than Barnet. Trouble is theirs went in. Were ours just lame? I don't recall hearing their keeper making many saves.

I don't recall hearing their keeper making many saves. Radio commentary sounded as if their goals were due to defensive/goalkeeping lapses, and we were unlucky not to get one at least. It sounded like one of those days in the second half. Unfortunately after such a poor first half you then can't afford to miss chance after chance. Onwards to Altrincham on Saturday, I'm hoping we'll have 2/3 new additions and a chance to get our first set of three points on the board.

I'm not sure about the first, but definitely sounded like the second was a goalkeeping error. Couldn't hold the ball I think. Would Mildenhall have made the difference? Anyway we should be looking for a winger by the weekend. I'm not going to bag the strikers yet. Get a winger in. If he creates chances and the strikers miss them, then bag the strikers. The ad for a winger should include that the player could become an instant hero if we win Saturday.

Yet more average freebies i bet. Unless we spend some money now and get in some quality our season will be over before it starts.

As they all played I assume it was tactical rather than being on the bench for emergencies, DC seems incapable of playing the same formation in two consecutive games.

And to pre-empt your reply: McChrystal Sinclair Gosling Three positives right there alone. Mcchrystal is the same player as last year, who we know all about. A solid lower league defender who ultimately couldn't prevent us dropping out of the league. Sinclair has a really good beard and the heart of a lion. Dives in too much and from what I have seen cannot create. I hesitate to say a poor man's O'Toole albeit with a far better attitude. Gosling got himself in a couple of really good areas on Saturday but his final ball was shocking.

Imo, Macca has been awful, slow, immobile, quiet. All bad so far RD but if you can see a light.......

Ouch...
James Mcnamara @jpmcnamara7 11m
Striker DC was after is now in talks with Dagenham, while winger on loan (the one everybody thiks is Jolley) is too expensive.
Back to square one in the transfer market it seems.

May not have been fit for 90 minutes, but on the bench as there is no one else?

They scored 6 tonight in a 6-6 draw! If anything they need defenders...

We are now looking in the bargain basement in Lidl and B+M.
