Ok, DC's record to now including results against our illustrious pre season opponents such as Mangotsfield, Gloucester (4 of our goals) and Cribbs Causeway.

Grimsby are drawing 0-0 at home with Nuneaton, so I'm starting to worry personally. Have to get a win on Saturday, by all accounts Altrincham are struggling to adapt. If we don't, then I really do worry. That will be a game between two teams struggling to adapt then. Haha! Yes, I suppose you're right. We've had so many chances in this spell, put it in the back of the net!

We need a top class striker and a speedy winger. We will need to pay top dollar. Otherwise this will be a long, long season. This board won't spend a penny.

These unnamed strikers and wingers are needed now otherwise any belief this team has will slip away. Even if we draw this game, we will still need to sign these players. Ten minutes to go. It seems unlikely that we will get anything from this game. slightly negative from you mate.... it must be water poor....

We will only be up there if clueless Clarke goes soon and we get a proper manager in, otherwise the season will be a struggle, he's been getting a winger in for weeks and nothing, the man spouts so much and does nothing Who would you suggest? Martin Allen , stuff the pretty football

Yes, Saturday is a proving point. Never mind about it being hard in this league. If we want any cred at all we have to win well

Simple truth is we were not ready for the start of the season yet again. Why is that ? We need answers, ?? I would feel the same regardless of todays result. 15 players many of which are not match fit yet, no proper back up keeper. Its no way to start and we will again be playing catch up.

Seriously need to pick up 6 pts from the next 2 games with Telford and Altrincham both losing at home tonight, if we can't beat those two then we could be a lot worse than I previously thought and in some serious trouble.

I think I shouldn't be so quick to sh*t myself over this. I knew it was gonna be rough as f**k down here. Barnet will win the league, Grimsby will be up there and so will we. Just need to taste some of the lower league teams. lots to sort out though. No real goal threat again. Grimsby had 5 players missing on Saturday so that team was probably a mid table one at best. Barnet didn't even make the Play offs last season so they are hardly strong title favourites. The next two games now appear season defining games as play poorly in those two and we really are in for a long season. Martin Allen only arrived halfway through the season. This was his first summer in charge. They are favourites in my eyes.

Feel slightly sorry for DC, the BoD sycophants who can't see the wood for the trees will blame him 100% then gormlessly question why yet another manager has failed miserably at BRFC.

I blame the clueless board for appointing him without looking for a better candidate, why give him the job after relegating the club ?

Keith Brookman just say on radio bristol we're going down fighting! Not good enough really..not if if any of our shots on goal have been decent ones. It going to br interesting to hear and read what Darryl Clarks view on the game are.

Martin Allen , stuff the pretty football He is in a job and has built his side. Anyone realistic? Don't mean to pick on you but anyone who says DC out should have to back it up with who could/would take over imo.

Keith Brookman reverting to his usual positive attitude again, "not a bad performance just beaten by a good goal and a bad mistake"!You could not make it up!
