& the pendulum firmly swings back to doom & gloom. When we beat Fleetwood we’ll all be looking forward to City, Wednesday & Derby away again. Some of the over the top reactions here are laughable. See you at Highbury.

Not gonna happen though is it. Why not? If we can beat Ipswich away, we can certainly beat them fishy bastards! Their home form is far better than Ipswich's for a start. I just feel like they are a strong team at home against us who don't really know what we are trying to do at the moment.

See you at Highbury. Not gonna happen though is it. I don’t see why not? Especially when our best football (and results) for the last 12months have come on the road. Plenty of the top 6 had a wobble yesterday in what is an incredibly busy month of football. Only a fool will immediately call it a crisis. First loss since late October wasn’t it in all competitions? No panic here.

To be honest. Nichols did well yesterday but at least should have gotten his first attempt on target. But he got literally no service from anyone. He was making clever runs all game just no one noticed them or had the tempo to play it in first time. If you want to single a player out then it’s Rodman who quite frankly was a disgrace yesterday. 1. Didn’t beat his opposing man all game and when he went to have a try he decided to go backwards to Rollin every time. 2. Didn’t get in any decent positions to get any worthy crosses in. 3. Lazy arse defending for the dons first goal, he didn’t even bother to ensure it was run out of play. 4. Stood like a statue 8 yards from goal with an opposition player in possession and didn’t advance out to make it difficult or to make a tackle, not once but twice. He was the major problem yesterday, not Nichols. Funny how we seen things as I didn't think Rodman was that bad yesterday. Watch the highlights Bags me old mate....you can see him in all his glory then!!

Don't worry about yesterday, there is plenty more of where that came from, 2.5 years worth. We have gone from being managed by a fixed bayonet over the top merchant to a conscientious objector. Won't take any of us long to get fed up with those post match interviews. The only thing over the top about Coughlan's defensive approach was how high they kicked the ball. Anyway, what was wrong with Garner's interview? After one defeat we have people moaning about how he interviews and how he doesn't jump up and down on the touchline, neither of which have the slightest relevance to his ability to produce good football teams. That is still to be seen of course, but for some strange reason, it sounds very much like lots on here want him to fail.

Can someone explain why JCH was substitued? Injury? I assumed just has a precaution to make sure he was fit for Sunday, unfortunately that decision seemed the turning point of the game. Personally I'd have seen out the win and then worried about Sunday's game nearer the time.

Can someone explain why JCH was substitued? Injury? First start in 3-4 weeks. Not 90 mins fit I would think

Someone said to me after the game jch was subed because he could hardly walk, but isn't that normal for him until he gets a sniff of a goal

I meant sell his bank, and blow all of the money on the Gas! I expect he is very well off, but not as rich as a lot of people seem to think. Can see it now, in ten years time after Wael has sold his share in the bank and blown it all on us, and we're still in the third tier, and losing £5M per year, and we still don't have a stadium, and Wael doesn't have a penny left, he makes his way in the snow, at Christmas, towards the suspension bridge. He's ready to jump, and he reflects on his life and the mistakes that have taken him to this moment of despair. Does some magical angel-like being called Clarence suddenly appear and take Wael on a journey through his past showing him all the good he has done in his life and all the Gasheads who have benefited from his tenure, and all the goodwill we still have towards him, giving him hope for the future and the will to live? Does he f**k? Because we genuinely wouldn't give a toss about him as soon as he doesn't have any more money to spunk on us, and we'd be too busy moaning about the next owners. It's a wonderful life being a Gashead. Thanks for that, I'd like it twice if I could 🙂
