Someone's got too much time on their hands. Surely you can come up with something better than this.

I can't imgine DC will make the leap from Conference manager to Div 1 manager, unless Yeovil are already planning for life in Div 2 next season?

Why is everyone jumping on the OP?
I think it's a perfectly reasonable question and my answer would be YES, I bet they do at least mention his name when discussing potential candidates. Don't think he'll get the job, but wouldn't be at all surprised if they asked him to interview.

I'm not jumping on him, I agree with him!
I too would be surprised if his name was not mentioned at YT.

Doubt he would get the job and would he want the risk of another relegation on his CV so soon

Unless the money's huge, I can't imagine why he'd want to move there. A sinking club, with 10,000 capacity, still new to the FL, in a small town. In 3 months' time, we could be in the same division. Not an ambitious move imho.

does anyone think darrell clarke is a possible option for the yeovil town job? No. I just studied the Yeovile accounts and their 2014/15 playing budget is 6 milk bottle tops, a pack of wine gums and a 500 Lira note.

he has done nothing to merit taking charge of a league one team.

he has done nothing to merit taking charge of a league one team. i would argue hes turned around a club whose playing fortunes have been in decline for many years ie stopped the rot,,hes also completely changed the way we dish out contracts etc,,add to that a good record at salisbury and if your club was looking for an up and coming young manager you might just consider him imo

I'm a DC fan but people are forgetting the relegation last year, thats likely to drastically lower his chances of a league job.
Plus, Yeovile who?

DC is still learning his trade and I would be amased if he was in the thoughts of the Yeovil board When we are top, or there abouts of league two, next season I hope, then other clubs will have him on the radar.imo
