Pathetic. How the hell can a match be abandoned in the middle of sodding summer?

What minute was it abandoned. Do we reply or has enough minutes elapsed and it's a draw?

Will the fans get a refund or did it go beyond that point in the game?

Don't understand why they can't just wait for the storm to pass? Same happened at Wycombe, 10 mins after they abandoned the weather was lovely and they were warming down on the pitch without a problem.
We're in Cheltenham and just had the storm go through. It's fine now.

It's now a certainty that BRFC will be in the relegation zone at five o clock next Saturday....but with two games in hand.

Clueless manager strikes again. Hope he does strike again - 3 promotions in a row would be amazing

Always likely to be a tough one ,after the high of the chelsea game the energy and concentration levels are probably pretty low at the moment. Still 0-0 at halftime away from home at a higher level than last year is quite satisfactory. BRFC need to get the strikers involved more ( on the attack not in the rovers box ! ) to give swindle something to worry about. Honestly ? These se are mostly young and supremely fit men who should be able to play 2 games a week with ease as I see it. If they can't concentrate and fulfill that then something is wrong but that's just my opinion. I really don't get the excuses made and especially for young, fit and healthy men. How many of us would love to play as our jobs eh. Gutted for our fans. Hoping a refund for rearrang d fixture is sorted. UTG

I thought Newport away a few years back was wet but this was something else. Pitch was unplayable. Would have taken an hour or two to drain.

UTG Two games a week at a higher level than most players have played at including all the extra time against a championship club and the effort to compete away at chelsea. Most teams suffer "after the lord majors show " syndrome .....So that's why I suspected BRFC might struggle today against a local rival team who have been building upto their big game....
