Yes gheadray sadly passed away this week.
He had followed Rovers since the 60's and was always positive/ optimistic on scores and crowd numbers. A 4-1 win and a sold out away end seems an appropriate tribute to him from The Gas

I'm going to miss his Churchillian like speech's to get the numbers up. RIP Ray

At least we gave him a good send off.

Oh no. So sorry to hear this. My thoughts are with his friends and family. Was always amazing at drumming up support on here for away games. RIP Ray. "Oh no." That was my first thought. Even though I never met him, it feels as though I knew him. There wasn't anyone better at drumming up support for the Gas.

Just hope he had the best view in the house today.

At least he got to see the take over so should have known he leaves us in good hands, I hope that was a comfort for him. Rip
