Although hoping this has been posted with the best of intentions, I think this is total b0llocks. However if it happens I will happily donate £100 to the FFS kitty. Noted JTS? and can you lend an credence to this.? Noted! I understand things are still pro-active and happening behind the scenes. please pardon me for being vague but it appears a deal may be close so am reluctant to say much other than a very generous offer is on the table - UTG Curse you for making January feel like the lead up to Christmas when I was a kid! I'm not going to sleep now until an announcement is made!! |

Noel Edmonds has just ruled himself out of buying Rovers!
Source: Radio 5. They asked him if he had ever thought about buying Exeter City and in his reply he mentioned that everyone assumed that he would invest in Rovers as he knew the ex-Chairman!
The Edmonds/ Mr Blobby consortium are out.

NH to fight on on his own or the Appeal dropped? Assuming it's not Sainsbury's buying us after being recently rebuffed by Argos' owners LOL It's interesting DC's suddenly found the funds to buy LL, perhaps he can get Lambert next now he's out of favour at WBA! |

I am a little concerned about our current success.
The better we do, the less NH will think he needs a bunch of interfering control-taking chancers ruining his dream of Championship football at the Mem or the UWE Athletics Stadium (part-owned by BRFC).
We want to do well but if we do we might not do as well as we wanted to.
A paradox.
