even better news...
there must be a decent chance he could get a 2 match ban for 10 yellows before 12th April.
he was on 6 before the match. I think only 1 counts today but that makes 7.
they have 9* games between now and 12th April.. so he better be careful [or not! LOL]
* - they also have a game to re-arrange which surely will be arranged for sometime BEFORE the 12th April, however the 9 matches include the 1 game he is suspended for as a result of his performance today.

Surely two bookings counts as two bookings?! i don't think so. The reasoning being that that would potentually be punishing him twice which would be unjust. He's already been punished for the 2nd yellow; by the 1 match ban.

I suppose, but equally you could argue that the 1 match ban you mention is punishment for the red card which was handed out as a consequence of the two yellow cards. Each individual card should be punished/contribute to a potential punishment in my eyes. But there we go.

He'd only really be punished twice if he were tool enough get himself booked another 2 times really though, so it's just putting the ball in his court. Keep it clean til April 12th or whatever, maybe encourage him not to dive in the future.

He is getting a reputation amongst the referees for diving which is going to work against him. Initially he was getting the benefit of the doubt.
Matty Harrold had such a reputation which was why he never seemed to get the benefit of the doubt

That's a fantastic goal for wrexham. Barnet still looked good even with 10 men mind

But remember, when you are a goal down you have nothing to lose. And Wrexham hit the post twice.

He's already been punished for the 2nd yellow; by the 1 match ban. Strange as the football rule-makers have no trouble with punishing a player/team twice for a professional foul in the box (penalty and red card) - and in fact it's three times when you consider the subsequent suspension of said player for the next game... Really think it's about time to bring in the sin-bin. The player misses part of the game against the team he's committed the foul against, so they benefit. Also, forget a suspension for 5 or 10 yellow cards, let's bring in a cricket-esque rule. They fine players part of their match fee for misdemeanour's...would the game improve if players got fined 50% of their weeks wages for a yellow card? It would never get introduced as players are too powerful and referees are too poor, but it's an interesting idea...

Difference between us is that their wobble is being sustained whilst they have nearly all their best players available. Our unbeaten run has included spells where key performers have been absent. Example, having Trotman, Mildenhall Puddy and Brown out at the same time (and Balanta not available either), then latterly no Easter, Sinclair or Clarke. They deserve credit for grinding out results when the cupboard has been bare. The squad is getting the job done, even if 4 of the starting line up are not 100% fit! Think we've been lucky Tom Lockyer's absences have been few and far between - we can pick eleven and then work out from that where we have to play him! I know Sinclair is nailed on for player of the season but Tom deserves to be in the top three for that and has to win the young player of the year.

Akinde's was worse, straight at the keeper, but I enjoyed them both just the same tbh haha Wrexham could have scored a couple more by the end as well which was good to see
