After a week of recriminations and spurious rumours we get back to business today. Away to the Posh, not usually a happy hunting ground for us. A tough game awaits my head says one thing but I’ll let my heart rule and say a 0-1 win would be a cracking result. Good luck to all those travelling up. UTG

Very difficult to see us getting anything from this game - any predictions for a Gas win will definitely all be heart ruling head !! I suspect a 2 or 3 goal defeat unless Griffiths bounces back with a MOM performance. Next weeks game at home is probably going to be more important for MT and his team.

Be interesting to see what reaction we get. The key is to not be headless chickens for the first 10 to show intent without getting anywhere.
I'd take a draw today

After last week's dross and our awful record at posh,I'd be seriously overjoyed with a point. Sadly I expect another defeat, making next Saturday's game almost a must win for MT. Personally I'm off to Bath v Enfield at a soggy twerton park.

They haven’t won at home yet so 2-0 posh. We never win there. Only 300 away tickets sold and another dross away performance won’t help. The Taylor affect

Hoping for a battling display but still expect to lose. 2-1 but much improved. Shaw with the rovers goal. Will avoid this place like the plague later

Tend not to worry too much over past results at a certain venue, as we more or less turn up every season with a different manager & squad! Wigan had 9 players under 23 last weekend & today it’s likely only the Posh keeper will be over 24. I’d imagine the same vibrancy from them on the pitch which we must match. But we must not just seek to nullify them. We have to impose ourselves on the game. After MTs comments this week I’m anticipating more changes in the XI(Moore only enforced one). I’ll go for a 1-1 draw.

After a week of what I think was a massive overreaction on here to a poor performance and defeat at home and then having to endure reading all of the anti Taylor brigade revelling in it and over promoting spurious stats and views to just try and prove a point without considering any of the context around it al,l or the fact that football is not a black and white game and is influenced by the variables of 22 or up to 32 (if max subs are made) individual players, their fitness, their feelings and emotions on the day, plus the 2 managers plus chance and luck and weather conditions etc and is completely unpredictable (if it wasn’t why do we constantly get ‘shock’ results?) and actually watching a new game of football….
For me I think it’ll be a tough gig but I’m hoping for a score draw or even a sneaky one goal win - Peterborough have been poor at home so far, and for all their attacking prowess the do give up chances and we haven’t won or even scored there in at least 5 years or similar so we’re due a result…..
One guarantee - whatever the result, there will be moaning on here about something or other!

1-1 I reckon.
Like us, Posh are a young side still settling and finding their feet.
We’ll need to defend a lot better than we did last weekend though, that’s for sure!

Time to give Kofi a start and see what he can do. We need creativity in the midfield.

We have got to try and bounce back today after the awful performance last week. I expect the team to be fired up and to be pulling up trees! We shall see, but I don't think Posh are as good as last season and if we can hold them to half time we'll try and impose ourselves as the second half progresses. Would be nice if Hutchinson could grab a late winner off the bench!

Time to get it together Gas, the Posh are just as green as us at the moment and it’s probably a good time to play them. 2 new sides let’s come out on top for a pleasant change at the ground of doom! COYB! Or greens rather. Let’s be a avin you!

A tough game but one we can win
Peterborough played 5 7 points scored 7 conceded 7
No reason for us/the team to be scared of a Peterborough team that have had a poor/average start.
If we were to win, people would probably say Fergusons job is in trouble.
Let's hope we can get something to click today.

The Rovers always seem to get dicked on my birthday weekend so can’t see anything other than a heavy defeat but I’m hoping for a reaction after last weekend so hopefully we can snatch a point or three.
