I don't think he is a chancer, Peter, I think he's doing a decent enough job. On Saturday, though, and on a few other occasions away from home I think he's been a missed chancer in a an earlier blog you said "he was possibly the worst ever rovers manager" ?

On Saturday, though, and on a few other occasions away from home I think he's been a missed chancer in a an earlier blog you said "he was possibly the worst ever rovers manager" ? Please remind me which one. And to think people accuse journalists of making things up. I do remember writing this, though... "Let me make my position abundantly clear... I want him to be the manager of Bristol Rovers for the next 20 years.
I want him to carry this great club through the football league pyramid and take us as high as we can possibly go.
I want him to proudly lead us out at a brand new stadium having successfully negotiated our passage back into the Football League at the first time of asking.
And I want fans to be talking about him long after he has stepped down. "
Would I really want that for possibly the worst-ever Rovers manager? He hasn't been around long enough to earn that accolade.
