Surely mods can ban a poster for continually trolling, as sadly, that's what this has become as it is starting to ruin every thread You makes I laff. Ban me?. The place would be bloody dull without me. All I know is it is bl**dy repetitive with you! Different year, different target, same Tbone.

It's fair to say that TBone and I don't see eye to eye but I can't see a reason to ban him.
Yeah, maybe its bordering on trolling, but he follows forum rules and other than voicing a view he doesn't cause problems. Nor does he abuse anyone.
He also takes a fair amount of stick with good grace. You will find others bring up "useless Matty T" more often than tbone does and I can't remember him complaining about how he is portrayed as something of a pantomime villan.
Can't ban someone just because I don't like what he writes.

Your argument was, he works hard but doesn't score. Now he still works hard and is scoring. You don't see how silly that makes you look? Surely you should at least wait until he's gone a few games without scoring? No you dont understand. Hes crap wether he is scoring or not.His misses will cost us automatic promotion.
Hey what you on about his misses for, what's she got to do with it?

The thing is he's a good energetic player who is now scoring regularly, when he's not scoring that's when you can give him grief. TOOMT

Taylor 7.5 MOM. Took his goal well and his general play was very good.

Morning Gasheads, it’s the first time since Saturday I been able to get to five minutes to post my thoughts. Firstly I am really enjoying this league for the friendliness, not missed an away game all season. And Dartford weren’t any different towards travelling fans, so fair play them and best of luck with staying up.
For me three points stand out from Saturday for me apart from that pitch, just my opinions.
Lockyer – seen Tom has been taking a bit after Saturday, had a bad game simple as. His Passing was terrible. Granted the pitch was of “Downs League” standard after a hard winter. Yes his Defender but has played well in Midfield before. So don’t really buy into we played him out of position, let’s lay off him and move on. He probably knows he had a crap game. One game doesn’t make a season. And if anything it has highlighted where we really need strengthen. I can’t see a signing today, but defo a Midfield signing when the loan window opens.
Puddy – should have never been dropped. Easy to say after Mildy and the mistake for the goal. His done nothing wrong in the games his played. Not sure how some are saying on other threads that Puddy hasn’t had a saves to make in competitive games….Eastleigh away with 10men and backs against the wall sort of blows that one out of the water for me. And here’s the thing for me. If Puddy was 6.3/6.4ft tall, of Mildy’s build. Then I don’t think there would be so much doubt in fans minds about him. But because of his frame/size it seems for me to install doubt or scepticism for some. I would stick my neck out and say Puddy could be equal if not better than Mildy over a course of the season given a chance. His distribution is first class especially.
DC – Doing a good job on the whole, wish he wouldn’t change the team so much this season but his the manager and I am not. But what was refreshing especially after hearing the BBC interview was his anger in his voice about the team’s performance in terms of decision making. Even going as far to single out Parkes and the mistake for their free kick. We don’t know what goes on in the changing room, what is said etc. But it really came across publically for me for the first time that he is the Manager and not one of the lads and was/is bloody angry. I don’t get the chance to post much on here, but I did after the Alfreton away game where it came across it was us fans fault and needing to lower our expectations again after a poor performance in his interview after. But fair play to DC on Saturday spoke his mind, spoke what all of us there were thinking at 5pm on Saturday. Could of easily came out with a non descriptive sit on the wall type interview blaming the pitch etc, but nice to hear what he said!
Anyhow UTG, keep believing if Saturday is the game where the penny dropped for the players then we can do this, there be points gained and dropped by the 3/4 teams around us before April 25th! Let’s get behind them on Saturday!
