Great time to have another game following 2 wins, players returning from injury and the need for everyone to impress.
They maybe at the wrong end of the table, but lets not expect a walk over. If leading, they have struggled to hold on so plenty of time for our array of attacking talent to make them pay. Expect us to line up in the 4-2-4 again with Woods returning for Bogarde, Friend for Gordon, Collins for Brown and Vale for Sinclair.
Hopefully Wilson, Hunt/Hoole are challenging at least from the bench. Need to get a bit more solid at the back, especially without a DCM supporting.
Not going as its a tuesday night, but will be enjoying on iFollow.

Never saw us win at Elm Park.I am so old that I recall going to many grounds which no longer exist!!!!! Victoria ground,Ayresome Park ,Roker Park,Belle Vue,Millmoor,Saltergate,Fellows Park,Gay Meadow,Baseball ground,Vetch Field,Burnden Park and Highfield Road to name a few!!!

After many away trips seeing us thrashed everywhere I finally saw us win at Elm park. Hopefully the same will happen tomorrow.

Never saw us win at Elm Park.I am so old that I recall going to many grounds which no longer exist!!!!! Victoria ground,Ayresome Park ,Roker Park,Belle Vue,Millmoor,Saltergate,Fellows Park,Gay Meadow,Baseball ground,Vetch Field,Burnden Park and Highfield Road to name a few!!! Do you still count them as away grounds visited ? Been to all those and many more but I’m buggered if I’m not counting them as done ! 80 grounds done watching the Gas 😀 ps this will be my first visit to Readings new ground , did Elm Park about 5 times. |

Ray Houghton and Phil Parkinson with the late Tommy Burns as Manager. Penrice on the bench for us with Dave Lee starting. Howie and Gurney will be familiar names to us too! |
