Just got my tickets for our next away day at Dartford tickets selling really fast but apparently we can get another 250 tickets
looking at the football ground guide looks easy to get too and a lovely new ground

I have on very good authority that our ticket allocation has been increased to 1000
howvever Dartford would provide more but we said we only thought 800 to 1000 would travel !!!!!

It's only a 2 Hr's 25 Mins drive and very straight forward. Motorway all the way. The ground is just off the M25.
It's a fairly new ground and this is probably the only opportunity Rovers fans will have to visit because even if we don't go up, they look likely to go down.
It will probably see new signings Easter & Dawson make their first starts and on current form you'd have to say it should be an away win.
After another 2 weeks without a game I think we're all ready for the next match and we always travel in good numbers to grounds in the London area.
I'd be surprised if we don't take over 1000 and it could easily be closer to 1500 if they make that many tickets available.

PUBLISHED 10:02 21st January 2015 Last day for priority group one! Priority Group One have until 5pm today to secure their ticket for next Saturday's trip to Dartford (Saturday 31st January). Tickets are now on sale to all Priority Group One members (Season ticket holders using Voucher F, Presidents Club members, 1883 Club members, Helpline members & Supporters Club Share Scheme). The club have already sold around 400 of their initial 750 ticket allocation for the ALL TICKET fixture at Princes Park so make sure you secure your ticket before they run out! Group Two (Supporters club, Young Pirates) will be able to purchase tickets from tomorrow (22nd January) until Saturday (24th January) with general sale kicking in on the Monday (26th January), subject to availability. I have on very good authority that our ticket allocation has been increased to 1000 howvever Dartford would provide more but we said we only thought 800 to 1000 would travel !!!!! our own club needs to raise its expectations  it's all about looking at each game individually. we must have a lot of exiles in London / South East because we always get a lot more over that way. Dartford is VERY easy to get to by car or train. Tkts are cheaper at this level. Petrol prices down. No game this week. No home game for 5 weeks. Only our 3rd game since New years day! New ground for people. Gas on a roll. Finally we can go to away matches knowing our team will work hard and might win. Only 15 games left and many away games are a LONG way away, so more will go to this one than average. One extra small one... When we are playing well people are more likely to bring friends with them, inc non-Gasheads. There were quite a few at Woking and I was only in one area of the terrace. |

Sounds like there is good dialogue and Dartford are well prepared to make any adjustments. I dont doubt that they will look to cash in on this if they can.

I tried to get hospitality at Alfreton but they did not want to provide it for away supporters unless there were a minimum of 12. Dartford have never provided hospitality before this season, but a new commercial manager decided to start this and I gather Dartford have benefited financially from this.
They clearly are forward looking and want to maximise their revenue, especially as they may only be in this league for one season.

That extra mile ! Sometimes as supporters we need to give a bit more and travel an extra few miles our continued support is vital
