Calling out false or misleading information that can affect people's decisions on a serious topic like their health is very important. If false information is repeatedly spread by one person then yes, sometimes the corrections will seem like bullying. One of the few good reasons to bully someone I guess... Not what I meant, but you knew that anyway. The name calling is bullying and it's childish and unnecessary. ๐ฎ

Some of the 'facts' being claimed are not just 'wrong', spreading them is actually dangerous...

"A 62-year-old man from Germany has, against medical advice, been vaccinated 217 times against Covid, doctors report. The bizarre case is documented in The Lancet Infectious Diseases journal. The shots were bought and given privately within the space of 29 months. The man appears to have suffered no ill effects, researchers from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg say." www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-68477735

This gets more hilarious with every post.
Now, the source is Siri.
I tried it "Hey Siri, why is Gashead 79 a numb nut"
Siri "We are checking this for you" "Ok, we found the answer" "Because he is a numb nut"

As I always like to do I google the names and see what else pops up... ...Dr David Cartland (big fan of Matt Le Tissier's covid theories) clearly likes his social media, the biggest problem the GMC have with him is not so much his disputed views about the vaccine (up to a certain point those complaints were all dismissed) - what they don't agree with is that he was using social media to reply to*/victimise*/bully* (*delete as applicable) other medical professionals who hold views that he disagrees with. Incidentally in the Heart of Oaks podcast I listened to (well, listened to part of, couldn't stomach the rest as he's clearly a nutter) some of the posts he made he freely admits are attacking other medical professionals he disagrees with - but without evidence to back up why he disagrees with them. So we have 99.9% of doctors and the General Medical Council who think he's nuts and you who think he's the voice of reason...tricky to know which side to come down on....

Even his wife has disowned him for falling down loony anti lockdown etc rabbit holes. ๐ It's become ridiculous. Millions of vaccinations, three years down the line, and the Armageddon doesn't appear to have arrived. Clearly the vaccines were safe enough to use on millions of people, but a few hardy stalwarts are still insisting on picking out a tiny minority of cases where some adverse reactions occurred. It's ironic in a way, because the people saying the unfortunate but miniscule number of deaths are attributable to the vaccine, are the same people who were denying COVID deaths actually happened, and instead blaming them on natural causes.

Even his wife has disowned him for falling down loony anti lockdown etc rabbit holes. ๐ I did see that. Bit odd how that was in the press but make of it what you will I guess. The headed letter has gone to the Met though, so it would be good to see why it's taken so long for them to respond and what they do eventually come back with.
