Yup, a club in administration, literally days from being wound up, who released all first team players and started the season with essentially an u18 side, are now above us 🤣 It’s disgusting. Embarrassing and shameful from our recruitment team. Heads should roll.

Not a bad performance. Same story though, can't create/score and a poor defensive error.

Crap in both boxes = relegation. Most Possession - doesn’t matter Most Shots - doesn’t matter Most Corners - doesn’t matter.

To be honest I was pleasantly surprised by that. Our positioning aside from their goal was good. We kept probing them until the end and yes while Sunderland could have stepped up a few gears if needed I thought we played well enough for there to be a minuscule glimmer of staying up although in reality we are more than likely to be relegated.

If Kilgour is out play Martinez in his best position rather than Baldwin and play Oztumer in the midfield with Barrett in preference to playing Westbrooke and Walker. We need wins now draws are not good enough.Great to have Annsi back. We need 4 wins at least now with 8 to go and just can't see where the goals are going to come from. Our midield is constantly outnumbered and can not create any decent chances either for themselves or their team mates. Martinez is a defender and it seems like Grant is as well, Walker would be far better up front along side Jonah as sorry but I can't see Hanlon offers us much for whatever reason at present. Just my view but when he broke in that 2nd half his instinct seemed to go down for the foul rather than thinking about breaking forward. There are just not enough goals in this side and the fact we have lost the most games shows I am afraid we are in the right position and one we can't escape from.

More than held our own against one of the better teams in the league, undone by the usual defensive mistake. Can someone tell Williams that a defender, a bang average one at that, shouldn’t be wearing pink boots. He's not that good. His pathetic attempt to track the goal scorer was worse than schoolboy defending

We have lost 1-0 to Sunderland. It is very difficult to say the effort wasn't there. Class maybe lacking but not the effort and commitment. We now need promotion form and a bit of luck to get out of this. We must win our last 4 home games and not lose at Northampton to have any chance. Think Nicholson being out was our last chance of staying up.

All season we’ve had games where generally we’ve been decent but let down in both boxes and lost. Today wasn’t any different from the majority of our defeats all season. Don’t know if you’ve been watching us all season but I have and “ pleasantly surprised “ is far from what I’d describe it as. Typical of our season ? yes. Relegation fodder ? Yes Really Dam frustrating ? Yes Pleasantly surprised ? No

Jaakk being back is the one bit of hope I am holding on to. I can't see us getting out of this though.

Its not about todays game -a point would have been a bonus-we are going down sinmply because we did not win games against the teams in and arond us. Sooner this ends the better-just hope for better things in Div 2 next season

If we had agoal overturned on Tuesday because a player was in the eyeline of the goalie, what on earth was that in the eyeline of Jaakola when Sunderland scored?

So your one of these people that only watch when were winning ? And then come on to gloat. I would'nt have wanted to have been in the trenches with you. Decided to not make the most of my season ticket and stop having rovers ruining my afternoon/evening. But go on, patronise us some more and tell us how you’re a superior fan. So by not watching. But Rovers still losing won't ruin your afternoon/evening. I watch all the games whether we win ,lose or draw -- But these days i have learnt not to take Rovers losing to heart. There are far worse things in life. Anyway have a good day and hope you start watching again when we are top of the 4th.

Pretty good performance against one of, if not the best side in L1. We showed a real hunger and desire to try and take the game to Sunderland, particularly in the first half and had chances at the end to snatch a point.
Unfortunately, as usual we didn't make the most of the opportunities we created and conceded another very poor goal from a set piece.
I'm sure they have shooting practice in taining but we have no natural finishers at the club and different individuals are not marking their man at set pieces.
We need a miracle, but we knew that before the game. Judging by that performance the players haven't given up hope but games are running out so we need to pick up some unexpected points against Ipswich and Doncaster.
