So disappointing. I think the score line would have been very different 11v11

Ayunga looked more dangerous in 5 mins than Hanlon did in 85 mins.

The team just has the smell of relegation about it. I don’t think there is much JB can do about it. Every time we’ve been relegated it’s felt inevitable for a while and that’s how it feels now. It’s ruining my Saturdays and Tuesdays!! Totally disagree pal, I 100% believe this team/management have what it takes and will stay up. Agree. If it wasn't for the sending off, I think we would have won that. Burton were absolute sh**e.

We’d be a different defence if the big lads at the back stopped misjudging long balls which should be bread and butter.
I’ve lost count of the number of times this season, the long ball sails just slightly over their heads leading to clear cut chances, or in some cases goals.
It seems to be worse this season than the previous few put together...

The positive thing is we’ve deserved something from all three games since the new management came in.
The worry is it’s what you actually get that counts, but hopefully the improved performances will start bringing some reward sharpish!

It’s ruining my Saturdays and Tuesdays!! Clearly, this team has not got a smell of relegation about it. We deserved a point. What we deserve and what we get are two different things, if you don't take your chances and don't play the referee you get punished.

Will probably get criticised for being negative but, even though we've been on the end of a shocking red card, I've been disappointed with how we've reacted and how we've played since the red card. Imo quite a few heads have dropped and the lack of leadership & character has been apparent. We need to be fighting for every point but i think we gave up on this when mccormick went off. We are fighting for our lives right now to stay in league one and that last minute rodman chance was the first chance we've created since going a goal down? Just not good enough. I agree totally, when we play against 10 the opposition raises there game but our game went down the plug hole instantly. Played against an extremely poor Burton side and a big chance dropped of gaining 3 points. Leahy who’s played well recently got absolutely roasted by their right side attacker as well

Fear not. Mr Barton will sort it out. I hope he doesn't deck the ref, although I'd have mixed feelings about it 😄

I’d have no problem the ref giving McCormick a yellow card for kicking the ball away, if every single ref booked a player for kicking the ball away. But we all know the next game a player will do it and nothing will happen. Because referees in this division are inconsistently useless and are never held to account for the shocking decisions they all make week after week.

This is the second time in the last few games that McCormick has been booked early doors. You are walking a tightrope from then on.

Fear not. Mr Barton will sort it out. . Where were you Saturday? You still haven't answered my question from the Wigan match thread. Would you prefer we play in league 2 with a different manager, or in league 1 with Barton in charge? Please answer this genuinely.

I cant altogether agree we would have won with 11 men, we cant score and didnt look like scoring even though we carved out a couple of one on ones and had several very promising free kicks which resulted in hitting the wall on each occasion, its obvious where the issue was with our game tonight, the sending off just compounded the situation!

No beating about the bush.
That 2nd Half was rubbish. 10 men or not.
