Genuine question you lot, in a league game, when was the last time the following happened:
Gas didn't score before the break
Gas scored after the break
Got at least 1 point.
Amazingly, it was TWENTY SIX games ago. In 31 games this season it has only happened 4 times. 2 wins, 2 draws.
If we don't score before half-time, chances are we'll lose. My new theory with this squad

Hopefully we can take the first half performance into the upcoming games.
Yes the Ref has been inconsistent and really should not have sent off McCormick for an offence that has gone unpunished for every other player committing similar - but he knew he was on a yellow and really shouldn't have given the Ref the option. Hopefully he will learn from that.

The team just has the smell of relegation about it. I don’t think there is much JB can do about it. Every time we’ve been relegated it’s felt inevitable for a while and that’s how it feels now. It’s ruining my Saturdays and Tuesdays!!

Will probably get criticised for being negative but, even though we've been on the end of a shocking red card, I've been disappointed with how we've reacted and how we've played since the red card. Imo quite a few heads have dropped and the lack of leadership & character has been apparent. We need to be fighting for every point but i think we gave up on this when mccormick went off. We are fighting for our lives right now to stay in league one and that last minute rodman chance was the first chance we've created since going a goal down? Just not good enough.
