For those of you wanting to know what Buckie is like, in the states they have something called Night Train. In 1986 Guns N Roses released a great album called Appetite For Destruction. There is a song on that album called Night Train about the drink, check out the song and the lyrics. Tells you all you need to know. Whilst you loose yourself in that fantastic album and what a great voice Axl Rose actually has, check out the great artwork inside the cover. Can’t remember what it’s called now but there is a Robot saving a lady from being sexually assaulted by another robot. Amazing stuff. “I’m on the night train, I love that stuff! I’m on the night train, never get enough.... no” Buckie is banned in the States🤪 |

Well I had planned to have something sort of healthy.
Meat & steamed veg.
Had a bad day at work (bloody Australian managers) and ended up having corned beef, cheese & tomato toasted sandwiches.
While finishing off a half bottle of white wine.
Then cursing my 16 year old for eating all the chocolate biscuits that were open.
Still tomorrow's another day.

A few bevvies this afternoon, Homemade Chilli with Rice for Dinner, then I'll settle down for England vs Austria.....

I would probably been 10 or 11 and remember being told by a monk I was too young to buy the stuff. My parents probably bought it anyway.
I can't remember exactly when, but I have tried it. All I can say is I'd never try it again.
I've tried Kava too. I'd never drink that again either.
