Yes, 100% sacked. Also banned from the game for at least a 10 year period as any fan would get for violent behaviour and a conviction.

If I did this to a rival supporter, I'd probably do time, banned from BRFC and get my passport confiscated . Why should it be any different for a manager? I've often thought when seeing 2 players scrapping on the pitch, why don't the police arrest them? If it were 2 rivals fans they would, so whats so different with players? Knowing this country though, even if he does get found guilty, he'll just get a suspended sentence max!!!

Given his previous criminal record surely heβll do time if he is convicted? Surprised a club like Fleetwood are still standing by him and havenβt already suspended him.

Surely he should be suspended by Fleetwood as he's now been charged? And absolutely, if found guilty he should be sacked and given a banning order from football grounds.

Hopefully he has to hand his passport in before every England game.
Do you think Liam Scales is still interested..

Well, it's with the CPS now. It'll be interesting to see if he is prosecuted, my assumption would be yes. My assumption would be Fleetwood will stand by him to start, will have to possibly put him on leave during the trial with a coach stepping up. He wouldn't obviously be sacked until the outcome of that trial. Most normal companies would have an internal review before hand and he'd probably lose his job if found to be in the wrong. I assume Fleetwood won't do this.

In sport itβs all about consent and whether that mark is overstepped within the realms of the sport....and also whether itβs in the public interest to prosecute, or even if the victim wishes to prosecute I always remember that Barrow player who chinned Sean Rigg getting dealt with.. news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/bristol/6252157.stmRugby is a different kettle of fish!

Surely the CPS have already ruled on this and hence-wise they have charged the maniac, he had an enormous amount of talent as a footballer and blew it by being unable to control his demons. He should be suspended at the bare minimum when this trial is going on as it's unlikely he will be able to concentrate on his job.

Put him in a cell with Tommy Robinson and let 'em fight it out. Tommy Robinson is a highly thoughtful, intelligent, knowledgeable and an innocent man and should not be in jail for the next 8/9 weeks as he committed no crime .While Barton is a thick ex pro soccer player- a thug and a bully that will no doubt get off his crime. - Big difference between the two.

Not sure if serious... Why? And Im Very. It wateres me off when people are so unversed in a subject like Tommy Robinson yet brand him as whatever they hear he is on TV or in the papers.
