Mark Clattenburg has put forward a couple of good ideas for football.
One, instead of booking a Keeper for time wasting, which also uses up time in itself, award a corner against him instead !
Two, the use of a Green Card. This is shown to a player when they dive/use dissent and it means that the player has to be substituted straight away. Not sure how that will work if the three subs have already been used, but I think next season they are allowed four subs in the Premier?

Couple of interesting ideas, I guess he would be well placed to understand.

I did like the 10 paces rule for dissent but it was not taken up. Another would be a sin bin.

One I would like to see isn't a rule change but I would like to have referees conversations with players recorded to tackle abuse.

Finally, I would allow physios on automatically under the supervision of the fourth official rather than wait for a break in play. It would be better for players to get treatment straight away and prevent players feigning injury to stop play.
