Over on the turd forum mt having a medical as we speak Just looked, can't see that? Apparently, a mate of a mate works at same place as his gf & apparently she said it's a done deal barring the medical. We're safe then as the size of his c*** will render him an embarrassment to the rest of the dressing room & he will fail the medical

Just looked, can't see that? page 2 So says someone who knows a friend of MT's girlfriend. Seem a reliable source to me...if true I just pray all this talk of a release clause is not true.. I hope we've got a bid in for Ollie Watkins as well.

As long as this sort of rumour keeps them distracted while they forget Lee Johnson is still in charge after the transfer window shuts...

If true, shrewd move by Lansdown. *sad emoticon Not sure about that. He wouldn't be on little money and no doubt would get a two and a half year deal at the very least. I'm far from convinced he would make an impact at Championship level.

I'm far from convinced he would make an impact at Championship level. Don't believe it but if true I don't think it would work out for him... but if we got a proper fee say £3 m plus then I could live with it. No way could we expect the £10 m that DC suggested he would want. Still this is not going to happen.

What does a "Release Clause" mean.
I didn't think that it meant that we were forced to sell him at the "release fee" if another club made an offer at that level. I thought it meant that if a club did make an offer, the player was automatically able to talk to the bidding club and only then a purchase /sale fee would be agreed.

I thought it means the player can move if (the amount stated in the contact) is met...but I hope I'm wrong.

In a Twitter Feed 4 hours ago - there was an advert for discounted replica shirts available from the club shop. the advert sported a picture of matty taylor celebrating one of his goals.
In a Facebook feed 3 hours ago the same advert was run - but this time the picture was of Chris Lines!!!!!!!
The headline for the ad was "PROUD TO BE A GASHEAD" Yet more intrigue and unsubstantiated rumour - I must have too much time on my hands

If his transfer fee bridges the gap between the old UWE price and the new one, then it will be without doubt the finest bit of business that BRFC have ever conducted!!! He's done a job for us, and will be equally effective "undercover" in the Championship!
