It was bloody cold in the South Stand last week - now I know why Hugo the Elder takes a blanket! I know tell me about it!! I honestly thought Hugo the Elder was joking when he used to say how cold it was. Against Coventry & Wimbledon I had my hood up on my hoodie, I had my Rovers bobble hat on AND the hood up on my coat!! When I was in the North terrace I was fine, no poncing about with hoods and hat's. Looking at the forum stats Hugo's last post was Dec 10th. Where is he ? Not frozen to his seat still is he ?

You do start to feel the cold more as you become older.....just saying. Steady on Nobbers, or you'll end up on my hit list! I was in the Blackthorn against Coventry and didn't even put my coat on until half-time. The South Stand needs some of those overhead heaters, like they have a driving ranges. My main fear for tomorrow is Boetang delivering a 5* performance against us. Somehow, you just know it's going to happen..............It's one of those unwritten football laws.

Is distance perception the posh way of saying your eyesight is not what is was. Unfortunately that applies to me Whereas I would love to be in the Thatchers End I would not see much of the action and now I go as close to the half way line as possible However tomorrow I'm in the Family Enclosure with my grandson. That will really test my vision. Specs on and routing for a win
No I don't think its a sight problem its just knowing sometimes how near to the goal the play is from the other end. Depends on the level of the end really, like at Exeter you would be lucky to see anything let along what was happening!
My kids are either not old enough or don't care about BR enough for me to have experienced the family enclosure before, hope for you we shoot down that end in the first half and we kill the game with 3 goals!!
I cant remember the last time we scored three goals in the first half in a league match but wouldnt that be a way to get the crowd going. Bring it on

Maybe he's got mixed up with the loanees and been sent back ?

Going into this game without Hartley and minus 2 good loan signings, id be happy with a draw. The Tool or Harim are bound to score!!

Both brizzle teams home with a 1500 KO? Happened before when we played Forest Green at home in the playoffs. No trouble that day.

Tickets just arrived for tomorrow, getting used to the South stand now, its taken a while... I'd like to see the same team as Coventry, but with McChrystal in for Hartley. I'm going for a high scoring draw, in front of 9200 Looking forward to this one with O'Toole and Boateng both playing against us! Probably will regret saying that, might as well as give them a 2 goal head start aka *livid*

I never like being behind the goal, there is always an issue with distance perception for me! Not sure what to expect from this game other than a warm welcome to John-Joe The Toole. I'll go with 1-1 keeping my BTTS bet in tact, Rover hardly ever let that one down. Is distance perception the posh way of saying your eyesight is not what is was. In the east terrace you see Darrell catch the ball and say to the crowd 'I should be in goal, me.'

Boateng didn't even make the bench on Monday and unless JJOT plays as a forward/in the hole then you do wonder how they can both play in together in central midfield given can play the defencive CM role. Nothampton have lost 8 of their last 10 games and are really starting to slide down the table, so lets hope we start on the front foot tomorrow and don't let them build up their confidence like we allowed MK Dons to do recently. A win tomorrow would mean we go to Fleetwood, who are in 6th, just a point behind them.
