If I would of new the team he was going to field I wouldn't of gone and I think half the 1500 wouldn't of bothered either Good money spent on a waste of time

My summary of the game and post match comments: The players brought in were actually just average not terrible - the midfield competed fairly well but we lacked pace on the break. Easter seemed like a 5th (good) midfielder but Gaffney can't cut it up front on his own - so little penetration. Generally we we're very defensive and deep first half but should have gone in 1 up but for the first of three terrible defensive lapses. When the second half goals went in heads dropped a bit and game was over. Charlton were definitely the stronger side and deserved the win - but it should have been closer and could have been a different result. So to the 'too many changes' thing. Personally I didn't feel cheated as I don't know what out first team is yet anyway. But I do agree DC overplayed the need for a Xmas fixture rotation. What I can't agree with is the 'simple winning formula' idea. Every time we win and play well the is an assumption that we have found the solution. But the same team can be great one week and atrocious the next depending on opposition. DC has the problem that if he changes the team and we lose - that will always be seen as the reason. Winning formulas need to be built and they evolve - you don't just discover them because you win once. Ultimately we have to take these results because we are playing much more ruthless sides. But you can see the potential even with a game like yesterdays. I remember the days watching us win under Ward with no sign whatsoever of any kind of progressive football. It's frustrating sure - but don't assume DC is ignoring some obvious solution - maybe he is just trying to make sure he gets it right. You can cut out balanced views like that for a start. Sack the lot of em, DC out, spend some money Wael, you have undermined the manager and your smokcreen of a training ground. Rarrrrgghhh..

I've never understood with Rovers why we don't just hire a manager who never makes a mistake and gets every single decision 100% correct at all times?
It would be so much easier.

DC is a clever and shrewd manager. Having been thrashed a few times this season after tinkering with line-ups, I'm still sure he must have a plan. Maybe the plan is to really identify the weak players in the squad by giving them opportunities to prove themselves, so he can be sure not to lose the wrong ones. DC is a good guy, and I'm sure he isn't doing 'daft' things without reason. But this exercise, if true, is only really possible with points on the board, which we have.
UTG in 2017 and forever.

He has also developed interplanetary travel and can pass through time as well. He got it wrong plain and simple and upset hell of a lot of fans.

Is it you with the bet about no player apart from Taylor scoring 10+? Looking dodgy now whoever it is.
