Why start with Easter up front, when is days of being a CF are long behind him? Disagree, played well until he got sent off. "until he got sent off" he's not going to score in the changing room?

Thought Boateng and James Clarke played well tonight.DC was obviously frustrated with our failure to score and decided to change it. Just very unlucky in my opinion ando just been told by several blades supporters in hospitality that there was a clear handball on the line at the end by United. Did not get a good view of it myself.Bugger! After 2 consecutive wins why not just take the draw?

Sorry to make such a bold statement for my first post but Easter should never wear a Rovers shirts again after tonight for me! Absolutely disgusting Bold indeed He went up and jumped straight into the defender with his elbow, with the ball nowhere near him! We had just gone 1-0 down and he lost his head. That was the last thing we needed and possibly cost us the game. He's a 34 year old with possibly the most experience in the side. He should be setting an example to the younger lads yet he was like a petulant child! It reminded me of and 18 year old Wayne Roomey with an attitude problem. Shouldn't be anywhere near the squad any time soon

Good performance by the Gas. We had the first half defo. A draw would have been fair to both sides. Easter was silly which is a shame because he still has "it".

Talking sh** nottsgashead.
Playing with passion and commitment, and an example of how young players want, and need to be playing.
You should have been there perhaps.

Me and you obviously have very different opinions of passion and commitment

Sorry to make such a bold statement for my first post but Easter should never wear a Rovers shirts again after tonight for me! Absolutely disgusting Sorry notts but your reaction is way over the top. I'll accept the incident was a fair way from where we were sitting, but the challenge didn't look anything out of the ordinary to me. I find it fascinating that a player lies on the floor as if pole axed one minute and then carrys on as if nothing happened. Seems to me that you were conned just like the referee. Easter has been a real asset this season and it will be good to have him back soon

Easter has been a real asset this season and it will be good to have him back soon I would have more acceptance of the challenge if I genuinely though Easter was competing for the ball. But from what I could see, he wasn't. He just ran and jumped into the player aggressively. Would like to see the replay because I obviously saw it differently to some other people. Maybe I saw it wrong. But if it appears on the replay that the ball was as far away from him as I initially thought, then it was a pretty unforgivable thing to do imo.

Sorry to make such a bold statement for my first post but Easter should never wear a Rovers shirts again after tonight for me! Absolutely disgusting the post match interview with dc was interesting in that he was clearly frustrated not to get at least a point and although he said he needed to look at the video was obviously annoyed with easter over the sending off. that said i dont agree with your "bold statement" surely its a player who has been a very good signing for us making a stupid mistake on the night?

Let's see the replay and then judge. If he did go for the man it didn't follow any niggle between the two. It seemed to me that he was jumping for the ball, but led with his arm, which is risky. But it is not a crime

I'll hold my hands up and admit my 'bold statement' was a little rash and over the top. However, unless I see something that convinces me that it was just a committed challenge for the ball, it has changed my opinion of a player who I have always been a big fan of.

At the end of the day Easter should have the experience to stay on the pitch when we need him. Perhaps if DC had continued with the Harrison/Gaffney partnership upfront we would have finished with 11 men.

easter it seems did something very stupid at sheff utd but hes been a fantastic player and a model professional until this incident so maybe we should cut him some slack as hes only human after all and will miss games he could easily have been involved in. our manager wont be pleased as he only wants to win and jermaine made that harder but like i said he is human.
