Fully expect a routine win A routine win For 19th placed Bristol Rovers to routinely beat 2nd place Port Vale Pretty sure they weren't the positions before the game? Port Vale don't look great anyway, we won't lose.

He got taken off at half-time for Chelsea U21's last night. Injured? or just a precaution? They were losing to Arsenal. I think the manager just made a double substitution to shake things up.

Good job excluding all the games they've won this season against Gillingham, Derby, Rochdale and Southend, as well as battering league leaders Scunthorpe 3-1.

Moan moan moan all game. They had one chance from a lucky deflection and buried it. We are lacking width however and Brown and Leadbitter are often up against two.

We're doing alright. Playing against a good side. Could do with a little more weight in midfield.
Would be tempted to put Sinclair in Easters position move Easter up front and take off a forward. Would help with the press.
Bit unlucky for the goal. It fell to them, but the odds of that increase when playing a diamond.

That was my worry before the game and it has happened and you can be sure their manager will be telling them to do it even more. If we're going to play such a central formation then we need to find a better way of attacking through the middle. We're still playing like we do 4-4-2 when we're 4-3-3 and other than one brown cross brown and Leadbitter are struggling without support. Decent enough so far though. Got a feeling we might need more than one more to win it tho.

Ellis! That's the useless, lazy, greedy one with no tactical awareness who would rather be watching the sh** down at the Gate? Nice one, my son! Proving the haterz wrong since 2011 Seriously though, for all his perceived faults, he does keep coming up with vital contributions. That header into Easter's path on Tuesday, the goal today. Very pleased for him and hope he goes on to nab the winner. Who was it who said no striker other than Taylor would get 10 this season? That's 3 now for Ellis. He could well be the man......
