It seems that I watched a different game to everyone else. Norths were there for the taking and we messed up. People are happy coz we made a great comeback, but we should have never have been goals down, both shocking, 1st from mildy and 2nd whoever should have been marking. I feel that we have have chucked 2 points away.

I am really starting to believe we will go up via the top three! By the sounds of it we weren't at the races today but we still got a point at the champions elect and from two nil down is a bloody great achievement , I had it on the radio and when the second went in I really thought game over! But this team has such a grit determination instilled in them that they never know when they are beaten. I have never had so much faith in a rovers team and manager like I do with this one and I really believe that the mem could be the only place to be when we play the daggers! UTG !!!!!!! I left it too late to get tickets at Northants so settled for the next best thing- tickets for the beam back. For the first 20 mins it was all us and we should have been 1-0 up. However NHT aren't top for no reason and scored from their one chance. It was a GK error in my view, SM should have collected the cross but elected to stay on his line. For their second we seemed to let them have a free header, not something we do often and they took the chance as you'd expect Champions - Elect to do. From then on we worked our way into the game, especially with the subs, and we deserved the draw. If anything Northants were hanging on, and we were the better team on the day overall. So, in answer to your original statement then no. We were definitely at the races, and from what I saw, we were the better team and deserved all 3 points. You overlooked the shot from the free kick which hit our bar & bounced on the line if that had gone in we could have been dead & buried at 3-0? For 60 mins we sounded awful which makes the final outcome even more incredible.

Huge relief today. Harrison made a massive difference and Leadbitter was quality all game. We were really tidy to start for 15 mins then lost our way. Came back in the last 15. Well done lads. Great fightback

Weird watching beam back with no replays, good though

My bloody ticker!
Five mins more we could have nicked that, uncomfortable watching at times (a lot of time actually) Lines scared me to death with his flicks and watering about in front of the box
all said a point taken and earned ugly, no shame in having a draw against that team, we are better than we played today , but clearly Northampton aren't chumps and top for no reason . We could have ruined their firework display but I'll certainly settle for peeing in the sparklers !
Feel sorry for Gaffney, not at the races today and going off the boil, Really needs a goal soon now
Fancy us for smashing Yeovil next weekend then away to Stevenage, fancy a win for that too
When's the beard back ffs?

If someone would of said 1 loss and and a draw against Northampton with less than 10 games to go I would of bit their hand off!! Still can't believe how amazing this roller coaster of a season this has been, hats of to DC and the squad it's been a great year

Agree. Looked at one at a time we should win all 5, but it would be a big ask to win 5 on the spin. Got to take it one game at a time, Yeovil next week is biggest game of season. If we were to win back to back wins it would put all the others under pressure. Have to give credit to Accrington, they're sticking in there. It's all about us though, if we win, then win again, then win again, then win again we will be up I think. But we might just need to win again against Daggers. It will be close, squeaky bum time! UTG! You're not darrel Clarke are you? That's exactly something that he would have said! No!!!! It isn't easy but in the end it comes down to keeping our nerve, take one game at a time and win it. Loads have people have said on here that DC sometimes thinks too much about the opposition instead of us playing to our strengths and winning. We've got one of the best defences in the division, the top goal scorer in the division, the best crowd in the division and we have 4 games against teams in the bottom 6 and one match against a play-off team. So deep breath and play it one game at a time and we could be looking at playing ...... But let's concentrate on Yeovil. UTG!

Wilder took off his centre forward & replaced him with a centre back @ 2-1. Who was hanging on?

2 ALL?
I was nodding off with 15 minutes to go so I went to bed thinking we'd lost it. We would probably have scored before my head hit the pillow.

Never leave before the end ! Even if your the other side of the world ! I know you should never leave and I never do. But you can't listen if you're asleep. I'll try harder next week, although we'll hopefully be 4-0 with 15 to go.

For 60 mins we sounded awful which makes the final outcome even more incredible. In much the same way that I overlooked the Bodin shot that came back off their bar in the first few minutes! That would have put us one goal up when we were very much in the ascendancy, who knows how many we would have gone on to score? You say we sounded awful, that suggests you listened to the RB commentary. I find that unsatisfactory as I need to be able to see what's going on. The beam back is defo the next best thing to being there, the upstairs Uplands bar went mental when we scored the goals. The fact is the ball didn't go in the net on either occasion, so endless speculation would be the only outcome. The facts are we came back from 2-0. We were the attacking team and they were hanging on, making defensive subs, wasting time and praying for the final whistle. We did OK.
