If you post any diet recipes............. 2 mugs of lentils 1 carton Passata 1 large red onion 2 large carrots 2 veggie stock cubes 1 heaped teaspoon marmite 1 tablespoon tomato puree Cover lentils to water and bring to the boil. Skim the water off the top of the lentles as they simmer for about 6 mins. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and grate the carrots. Add all the ingredients to the pan in one go and simmer for about 10mins. You may need to add a little more water but you are aiming for a Bolognese style consistency. Serve with pasta or brown rice and top with a little grated cheese if you like. Suitable for home freezing and a very simple and tasty recipe.

Don't tell me, when you want to relax you drink Dubonnet with a Twist? You talking to Hugo or me? It was aimed at Hugo, but I'm pretty sure that if you were there when he ordered one, you'd pipe up with, "Ooo, me as well!".

Almost pimms o'clock Bloody right. Just been for a leisurely stroll around what used to be Frenchay Hospital now supping the first of many cold ones in the White Lion. Perfect.

You should be over here. The temperature has been crazy for weeks in that it is frikking HOT! It's been over 30 degrees for weeks, and last Friday it actually reached 42C! How does that help? Basically, it's too hot to eat a meal. The thought of turning the oven on, cooking something, and then opening the door to take it out makes me want to burst out in tears! It's heat you need man !
