Puddy 6 did what he had to Lockyer 6 not as good as Leadbitter going forward, but defended ok Parkes 7 had his hands full at times with their centrefoward but came out on top McChrystal 7 solid and won most of his headers Brown 6 solid and got forward well after the break Dawson 5 patchy game but kept going Mansell 6 battled well, good second half Lines 7 Great free kick delivery and brought some composure to the midfield battle Monkhouse 6 good game better second half and good header that Taylor finished off Blissett 6 better today put himself about and looks a good foil for Ellis Harrison 8 best all round display for me,powerfull pacey and took his goals well
Subs Taylor 6 looked lively against tired defenders and scored Clarke not on long enough DC 9 can't fault anything today, surprised by Leads not playing but 3-0 speaks for itself Ref 5 average not helped by poor lino's Kiddy 5 worked hard but were over run second half

Puddy 6 fielded a couple of long shots 1st half, might as well stayed in the dressing room 2nd half as he was totally redundant
Lockyer 7 steady eddy today caught out of position from a long punt and superb control by the kiddy left winger but rescued by the best team yellow card of the season by Parkes. McChrystal 6.5 a bit hesitant once or twice 1st half but dominant 2nd. Parkes 7.5 another good performance,so consistent at the moment. Brown 7 nothing got past him all game, not that much going forwards but still played well.
Dawson 7 danger man 1st half and played a full part in our 2nd half domination. Mansell 7 here there and everywhere and put a foot in when necessary. Lines 6.5 not the best game from linesy but he gives us the composure we've been missing in the midfield this season. Monkhouse 6.5 decent game, nothing memorable but did his job well.
Harrison 8 terrorised the kiddy back line 2nd half after a quieter 1st period, always looked dangerous and a superb headed opening goal. Blissett 7.5 always a handful for the defence and leapt like a (slightly inebriated ) salmon all game and won almost everything in the air, psrticularly the 2nd half.
Subs: Taylor 7 another brilliantly taken header and a decent shot over the bar in his short cameo. Clarke not on long enough to mark.
DC 8 Thought it was harsh on Leads being left out but once again the managers selections paid off.i think Taylor came on and scored the last time he was on the bench so spot on again by the clueless one. Ref 6 above average for the conference but still some puzzling decisions. Kidderminster 4 had a threat 1st half with 3 or 4 nearly moments, the best of which the bald eagle scuffed wide. One misdirected header from their only corner? Was the sum of their 2 nd half efforts and they were completely overrun through the midfield area. Not sure if they went to a back 3 after we took the lead but we poured forwards at will and they had no answer to it.

From where we were stood it was Monkhouse who headed for goal and Taylor finished it off,Taylor missed the ball with his header and Monkhouse was behind him and won the header,or were my eyes fooling me again

My views from the game:
Puddy 7 Only had routine saves and catches to make, but had no troubles
Lockyer 5.5 Solid defensively, but wasted the ball several times McChyrstal 6 Dealt with what he has to Parkes 6.5 Seemed untroubled Brown 7 Got forward well as ever with Monkhouse
Dawson 6.5 Got the ball forward quicker than usual, although wasted a great 2-on-1 with Harrison Mansell 8 Controlled the midfield Lines 9 Two great deliveries that provided the extra quality needed to win the game Monkhouse 7.5 Steady game, always got back defensively and never let tried to rush things
Harrison 9 Two great finishes as well as a couple of strong penalty claims Blissett 7.5 Worked well with Harrison and the Kiddy defenders were terrified of him. Needed to be more clinical, but I'd start him again against Southport
Subs: Taylor 7 Can only really judge him on his goal which was well taken Clarke Not on long enough
DC 8 A bold move playing an untested strike partnership but it definitely paid off. Also right to not make a change at half-time. Ref 5 Missed the fouls against Harrison but mostly average for this league Kidderminster 5 Ran out of steam and I think the extra day rest helped us. Could have been tighter if Lee Hughes had finished a couple of good chances

2,600 plus at the game and only a handful of reviews - it just goes to show this forum is only a SMALL microcosm of BRFC fan base

Ellis Harrison is MotM, his second of the season and his first from starting.
Chris Lines claims his first top-two spot since returning finishing runner-up to Harrison.
Good performances across the pitch meant that even Puddy, Lockyer and Dawson were some of the best lowest rated players of the season. Only away against Lincoln and Eastleigh did the lowest rated players in a game score higher with everyone in those games scoring at least a 6.5. Hope that makes sense.
Puddy 6.2
Lockyer 6.2 McChyrstal 6.4 Parkes 7.1 Brown 6.5
Dawson 6.2 Mansell 7.1 Lines 7.3 Monkhouse 6.3
Harrison 8.3 Blissett 7.1
Subs: Taylor 6.8 Clarke n/a
DC 8.2 Ref 5.4 Kidderminster 4.8
