Good luck to him, one of our better players last season.
Why would anyone want to stay at a relegated club when clubs at a higher level are presumably offering him improved pay in better run clubs.

Taylor was not the dominant force that his height would suggest. He was prone to errors and was at the heart of a defence that conceded massively - we need better than him.

Doesnโt deserve the stupid negative comments - he was of the better players from last year . I canโt blame him for being honest and upfront and seeking a new challenge.
All in all a lovely chap ! And certainly deserves his move .
Best of luck to him and if he ever plays against us in the future again โdeserves a welcome โ He always cared about this club very much so, sometimes you have to make a difficult decision to Better yourself.

As good as the wba keeper was he didn't really command his box or have a voice to organise.

Iโd rather play a Taylor who doesnโt want to be here until we sell him than that joke of a defender Mola.

Good player, wish him well, surely replaceable. Agree this. If he is going to leave then I hope it is soon, next week. If selling him means we get to keep Conteh (though they are probably unrelated) then so much the better.

Much of the fee for Connor Taylor will probably go toward recouping last seasonโs relegation losses.

No animosity towards CT from me. He gave his all last season - heโs seen first hand what a shambolic club weโve become and wants to play the highest level he can in a short career. Good luck to him.

Regardless there's load of L1 & L2 clubs who have youngsters on loan in goal so that can't be a major issue/concern.

Peterborough CB injured. Hopefully them and Wycombe can get to his price tag.

Best of luck to him, I think he's served us well - didn't give up last season, despite playing in such an awful team. He's got a young family now, so I don't blame him for wanting a move if there are more lucrative offers on the table.

It makes me laugh when people say โheโs no good, canโt play at another levelโ etc. Last season many people were saying heโs too good for league one and we were lucky to have him. I wish him well, he was good for us and if another 6 or 7 had put in the effort he did then I donโt think he weโd have been relegated. He may not be prem standard (but I didnโt think Quansah was that good) but I think heโll go on to a better level and has time to improve.

Surely Kamil Conteh will be next out the door, as that is the advice he'll probably be getting from his agent? Most aren't daft, why would you allow the Al-Saeed shitshow to ruin your clients career and progress? Players like Taylor and Conteh deserve better. nortongas1
