I will be Yabbo's lunch time guest on his BBC Radio Bristol show this Friday (13th Feb 2015) www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p001d7bsI will be on at 12.30pm and will be wittering away about 'Away The Gas' (and maybe my Banksy books) until you are all fed up of my dulcet tones. So wish me fortune, tune in, and drop out. And remember that 'Friday is Pie Day' so hopefully I can get a pie story or two in.

Just remember that the forum is behind you so be consistent.
Slag off the board, support the board, the UWE will happen, the UWE is doomed, we will get promotion, we will miss out, DC is clueless, DC is our best manager for yonks, Matteeee is crap, Matteee is our goal-scoring machine, but above all mention The Beard.

Post of the year. Got all the key points in, nailed down the forum and gasheads in general, and mentioned The Beard.

OK. Sorted. Took me a while to write all that on the back of me hand though. Better not wash tonight. What am I saying... It's not the first Tuesday in July anyway

We'll all be listening. Hope it goes well. Just keep it tight, play it on the park - no hoofballs - and be positive but realistic.
If it all starts to go t*ts up, bite Yabbo on the shoulder.

Nice pep talk / cliches. i think i need you with me as my corner man. If you've got the bucket, I've got the spit. :-)

Holy moly this show is drivel. Discussing whether honey is too runny and how often you change your teatowels.
Lets hope it bucks up in the next few mins.

I was out and about in the car, but I did remember to re-tune the radio just before 12.30 and heard some rather strange poems about hovercrafts before they unleashed the star guest!
I thought that MM came across very well, and the Banksy stuff was really interesting for me, as I didn't really know very much about his early history. Well done on the amount you have raised for charity MM - you've kept that light under a bushel.
The idea of a book based on the Twerton years sounds like a winner - looking forward to it already.

I would definitely buy the Twerton book. Send me £20 cash in an unmarked envelope and you can have one. published in October 2016. maybe. It's the opposite of buying a sofa. this deal is pay now, buy later.

Thanks TT. As usual I didn't say what I wanted to say, but it was ok and good fun. I genuinely love Yabbo's sense of humour. And I got to mug chat with Geoff Twentyman on my way out. Top man. And looks brilliant! Better than the 'tasch days. The Twerton book is a project for everyone, so not just about buying it, you lot all need to write about it. Not yet though. Keep your powder dry for a little longer me hearties.
