They reminded me of us, they've got good players, injured players and missing players. Once they lost Baldock up top, they lost most of their goal threat. They looked like they missed a defensive midfielder as well . Probably 8 of the 11 top league 1 players, the others just making up numbers. They should be beating poor sides like Cambridge, Burton, Morecombe etc but you can't do it with weaknesses in the team. They really shouldn't be involved in a relegation battle with the players they've got.

Controversially I actually really rate Robinson - he's a top manager and guy. Would have him at Rovers, timing being right in the future.

Might be a nice guy ( never met him ) but god is he boring and un motivational when he’s interviewed. |

Interesting, I have friends who have met Cooper numerous times (some FGR fans and some not) who reckon the blokes an absolute W anchor.

Sad to see another manager go. I hope the Oxford directors didn't take yesterday's result into consideration when making their decision, as Oxford would have lost whoever was in charge of them. Pretty certain we wouldn't have found it so easy yesterday if Robinson hadn't already seemingly lost the changing room. Some of our supporters have been insistent that JB had lost the dressing room, does this mean that he's got it back again?  |

That he has had two spells at MKD and Oxford and lasted over 5 years at one and almost 5 years at the other tell me that he must have been doing things the right way. I’m sure he’ll end up somewhere decent quite soon. UTG! |
