Watched on tv..

Belshaw 7 m o m as not his fault it's not his fault it's not his fault...

Thomas 4 poor.
Connolly 3.5 poorer as skip.
Gibson 4 pore.

Sinclair 5 tried, but poor.
Whelan 3.5 poor but didn't appear to try.
Evans 4 delivery like postal worker on strike.
Gordon 4 flash in a pan.

Collins 4 way off.
Coburn 4 a little off.
Loft 4 didn't know he was on to get off.

Subs: Gibbons 3 worst.
Clarke 4 averagely worse.
Finley 5.5 tried but couldn't thread a ball.
McCormick 3 not seen it yet, I would prefer he took time out.
Saunders 6 strong.

Ref 6 difficult to see anything he got wrong. Appeared ok.
Boreham Wood 7 they took the game to us, look more controlled and organised. Their central defence was commanding and good luck to them in next round and beyond as the best team won and no complaints.

Ok, JAB everyone is entitled to one free hit. It's not like we've not been here before being humiliated on national TV.....but..... don't take the p!ss.

Belshaw - 4 couldn't do much about the first goal, maybe should have stayed on his line for the second, other than that was steady

Thomas - 3 he just looked frustrated all first half and probably was the right one to be subbed out of the back 3
Connolly - 5 could have been more commanding first half, but kept us ticking over with the ball
Gibson - 4 didn't seem to do too much wrong but again could have been more commanding at set pieces

Sinclair - 5 poor first half, can't remember one cross in to the box, but improved second half when we went 4 at the back and gave their left back more to think about defensively
Whelan - 3 can't blame him too much for being thrown in due to players illness, but just showed we need energy and legs in there now
Evans - 3 couldn't shake his man marker and didn't look bothered about it either, strolled around like it was going to be easy
Gordon - 3 poor defensively again and offered nothing going forward

Collins - 4 showed some flashes of what he can do but end product let him down, needs to stay on his feet more and another who looked to be taking it easy
Coburn - 4 worked hard to hold the ball up but I can't remember him getting himself on the end of any crosses in the game
Loft - 4 again worked hard to hold the ball up but offered no threat at all

Subs:
Gibbons - 5 did what we needed in getting some decent balls in to the box and helped Sinclair to looked better with someone to play off and enable him to get isolated with their left back
Clarke - 5 another one who did the basics of putting some decent crosses in to the box to try and create something, a pity he had mcormick in front of him
Finley - 4 was trying to pick out forward passes, looked like he was struggling at times and no wonder given he was one of those apparently ill
McCormick - 3 haven't seen him offer anything yet in a game and offered no link up play with Clarke at all 
Saunders - 6 looked a threat, was a little selfish at times when maybe another option was on, but thats a forwards prerogative

Ref - 7 maybe could have clamped down on the persistent fouling in the first half with an earlier card, missed a break for us when he should have played an advantage first half. The fake injury time out thing needs to be stopped, but thats an issue for higher up.
Boreham Wood - 7 did a job on us, defended their lead well

Connolly 5 shaky,probably his worst game in the quarters.

Whelan 3 he only played because of the lack of available alternatives, its time to bring the curtain down on a great career

Gordon 3 bullied by stronger payers

Loft 4 did nothing and looked very unfit.

Subs: Gibbons 5 maybe a slight improvement on Thomas but an indifferent performance nonetheless.
Clarke 5.5 better than Gordon
Finley 6 5 M.o.M.he was clearly not well but showed great guts to put in a shift, its a shame others didnt fancy the fight.
McCormick 5 he was never going to change the game.
Saunders 5.5 an ok cameo

Boreham Wood 7 a team that beat Bournemouth and took Everton to Extra time cant be mugs, they out-shone ,out fought
                       and wanted it more,We were tired,gutless and seemed disinterested, a poor day at the office.
