Goal machine Taylor A lucky looping header just managed to go in. Another simpler to score than miss one on one chance blown. And countless mis controlled balls to his feet and inaccurate passing by the awful striker.

Matt Taylor was quality today and his goal was a really good glancing header to the one place the keeper couldn't get it. If you still think he's a useless twat then you know nothing about football.

That light display is going to go down in rovers folklore, what a weird moment Ive got a good video of it on my phone , it was great. Great atmosphere today, even at 0-0 and not really clicking we still got a few songs going , we haven't done that much this season. Urging the team on at home when there not really playing well has been a thing of the past until today and the players responded by gradually playing better and better as the game grew.

I think you don't give there keeper enough credit for the save, and lots of players at this level mis control the ball, infact Taylor has a better first touch than most. I used to share your feelings on Taylor missing to many chances, but he is now scoring goals to go with his good all round game, still think he roams to far from his strike partner at times, but I have not seen a player in this league with it all in their game not even the Beard. Unless your just pulling our plonkers of course

Wow - did Gosling get new boots for Christmas or something?
I reckon Tbone is actually Matt Taylor - he's developed an online alter ego to keep himself motivated.
Also, is that light display thing a Rovers original or have we copied it off someone?

Yes, he did miss a very good chance but conference players play in the conference. At what point in your judgemental world will you cut him some slack? What criteria must he meet for you to actually support him?

He did nothing wrong with that chance,he had the composure to chest the ball down first before making sure he got his shot away, instead of snatching at the chance. You have to give their keeper credit for the way he closed down the space.

Yawn all you want. Everything I said in my post is 100% correct. Fair play with your points regarding MT Tbone but it does worry me when anyone only ever sees negative or positive only, in all fairness MT is far from a one hundred percent negative to the team, he had a very good game today on the back of positively helping us to three points at Torquay!

Despite his odd miss he's still got 5 goals in 9 games which is a decent return for a striker. TBH after a good 4-0 win your sounding a real sad individual or just a WUM

Nothing wrong at all with delivery or attempted finish composure was there and keeper got big, positives were the ball in composure and shot away, can go either way from there today the Maccs keeper got lucky!

Was Ed Sheeran due to do a gig in the clubhouse later? What with the lights and the supposed panto villain, Stu Campbell, making a return it was all a bit surreal.
