Not pretty but a solid first half and much better than recent weeks.... we’ve grown into the game and as the match wore on we’ve looked the stronger side and more likely to score....

Just got to keep this up 2nd half and hopefully we can snatch a goal and win

That's much better. Look the better team, although I'm always worried when they attack.

I think we can get something out of this, we grew into that as the half went on and had some decent half chances. Nicholson and Daly look lively. Tisdale will be pleased with that.

Fleetwood one of the poorer sides in the division got to say, can see why they haven’t won in 8 or scored in 3.

Fair play to Grant who has run the midfield well. Liking the idea of getting the ball to Nicholson from set plays as much as possible. UTG

Pretty solid half apart from the odd wayward pass. Players look way more up for this.

100 times better than Tuesday. Everyone playing Ok. Ehmer playing far better. We look threatening with Daly and Hanlan up front. Now we have to keep it up.

What a difference it makes to have a player (liddle) in position and getting involved. Fair enough he's young, he doesn't look match fit But he's not afraid to head and challenge for the ball. Good solid half, and let's be honest we could be a couple up here really.

A definite improvement on recent games and the players all giving 100% and getting stuck in which should be a given but has been rare this season.
Our attacking players need to be throwing themselves at the crosses like their lives depend on it because we have put some decent balls in to attacking areas.
Leahy is having a typical leahy game , good going forward but giving 10 yards between himself and their winger when he’s looking to cross the ball, so frustrating get closer ffs !
Liddle has energy and is putting himself about which is more than Westbrooke does , not sure if he’s good enough for this level but I like his energy and commitment.

Not great but it’s ok so far which is an improvement obviously.

Looking good so far. I really like the shape of the front three. Nicholson getting into good space and Daly is forcing mistakes with his chasing.

Interesting that we are pretty much playing with the formation (343) and high press that Garner wanted us to play at the start of the season.

Well, I think we had the better of that first half, just need to turn our chances into goals. Reasonably happy so far but still anyone's game.

Huge improvement from Tues althouh I accept we're starting from a very low point. We've got better as the game has gone on and created the better chances although bar Nicholson's (?) header nothing really clear cut. Importantly for me we've looked solid at the back so far, my worry is that they've been poor and we haven't taken advantage. Not seen a replay but thought we should have had a pen early on when I think Williams was brought down. The game is definitely there to win we just have to make sure we don't give away one of our traditional soft goals
