After the defeat at Swindon I suspect PT will do away with the gung-ho attacking approach and be a little more conservative. I predict he’ll go for this line up tonight, Jaakkola Hare, Baldwin,Kilgour, Ehmer, Harries, Leahy, Tutonda Grant and Upson Hanlan I’d do the same but rest Hanlan. He’s exhausted. Maybe put Kelly at the back just to make sure.

Wigan haven't won for like 11 games. Great opportunity for PT to get his first win on the board.... And I think he will.... Oh well done Gregs! I mean come on! You must know what you have done now? I'm so confident we'll win tonight there is no way even I could curse it dude....

My prediction was too attacking.

Not sure our recent form against Wigan really matters seeing as we've only been. In the same division for about 1 season this century. Also how can Upson be the main reason our midfield is disjointed when he's only started a couple of games. As for being on a losing run, we have won 2 of the last 4, albeit they were cup games

Anyone remember going to Wigan in December 97 on a Tuesday evening. We lost 3-0 and had 4 players sent off !

Really worried about tonight if I'm honest.
I feel like we're in a similar position to last season (just different places in the table) where PT just doesn't get the time to work with the players.
Since Saturdays shambles, he's had what 1 training with the players?

So, no match preview. Wonder whether this is the shape of things to come.

Based on saturdays game I’m not confident about tonight that’s human nature but every game is different and if we play ok and win tonight then no doubt many will be looking up at the table to see how many points we are off the play offs and Rich’s bus will be starting up the engine again. One game at a time and hopefully we can get to the January window without being in a relegation scrap and sort out the obvious lack of leaders and strikers. That’s got to be the aim but Tisdale has a job on his hands and if we’re not in the bottom four on the opening day of the window then he would have done an ok job. Garner had nearly a year we have to be patient and see what this new manager can do.

We have 0 strikers. Hanlan out injured. Is he? That’s really concerning if so. JML-Nicholson partnership up front then, if Daly and Ayunga are still out?

No fit strikers. That’s a travesty and completely foreseeable.
