Don't you mean communist countries. If your implying England wouldn't help out a country in need has the events of 1939 to 1945 gone unnoticed. Why am I not surprised that you were the one who pointed that out? đ¤ Isnât it relevant then?

Oldgas is creaming his crusty Y-fronts in here lol. The scary thing is, he had voting rights. Just let that sink in for a second. Frightening isn't it.

You want lies? Coach. Big red one. Itâs been proven that the claims on that bus were essentially correct. Some little Remainer tried taking the government to court over that and got his stupid little arse kicked. Did you contribute to the crowd funding? Who proved that?

Thanks for that I found this interesting article on the same site about how Tories have lied to the electorate again: standpointmag.co.uk/issues/october-november-2020/rebuilding-the-red-wall-tier-by-tier/That poor old red wall, letâs hope they donât get fooled again... â Small business owner Zafer Saygilier, who owns seven pubs in Newcastle and Berwick-upon-Tweed, told the same paper that he âvoted for the Conservatives, but Iâm disappointed in themâand I know other business owners who are disappointed as well. The sector is on its knees and it feels like theyâre giving up on us. The government seem to be suggesting we just retrain for different jobsâthatâs hard to take at the moment.â Before the new measures were announced, one Twitter user, Colin Thomas, announced that he âwas a Brexiteer and proud that my town voted for a Tory MP first time everâ but said that it was âone of the biggest mistakes of my life, Corbyn was the alternative so what a choice we had, but what a complete insular useless inexperienced cabinet we haveâ. Another, Lyndsay Hopkins of Yarm, said she âwas a Conservative member until July when I cancelled my membership. voted for Boris as leader and for my local Conservative candidate in December who is now my MP. I am just utterly disgusted with this government.â

Sorry but you either don't read what I've posted before or blindly ignored it. The only other plausible explanation is that you are merely trying to get a reaction with even more outlandish language or are a parody account. Which is it?đ Are you saying you asked Oldie to comment on Harriet Harman, or did you make some sort of reply on his behalf? you have, after all taken up the cudgels on behalf of another poster regarding my question to Oldie. You May think I am looking for a reaction, but think how boring theses threads would be if I didnât amuse myself by poking and prodding you all. Youâd have no one to rage at, and it must be boring agreeing with and patting each other on the back as you advance your ridiculous left wing ideas. Relax, I've known your motives for a while, they are amusing though maybe not as you intended.đ Having said that, I do feel sorry for those who were willing to debate with you like 365 and took the time and effort with the understanding you would extend that to them in return. Just comes across a bit rude.

I like trying to understand the thought process and where the lack of empathy comes from, but it really is noticeable how wedded you the ideology they all are. To me, I just canât understand how they can be so concerned about wastage in the benefits system which, whilst obviously not right, canât be costing anywhere near as much as the blatant taking from the public purse at the highest level through contract shenanigans. How can they fail to condemn that? The strongest Iâve seen from francegas Eric and the like was oldgas just then with âyeah itâs not good but...â followed by more deflection. Itâs staggering how the Tories fail to be held to account. They are like a cult. David Koresh could learn a thing or two from Tory ideology. Yes I get that. But in reality he just responds with a series of simplistic tropes, straight out of the garbage can of idiotic media headlines. Let me pick you up on something you opined upon. That is benefit recipients are, I paraphrase, happy to sit back and take the benefits rather than seek work. You and I discussed the impact of the shortage of affordable housing in the UK. With that in mind I think you might agree that the lower the income bracket the higher the % of said income goes on housing costs, including council tax. I maybe out of date here so pick me up if so. But the last time I was still employing people (December 2017) this was a huge issue. Staff were a mixture of full and part time. Where they were single income households they could not afford to pay private sector rents, but as long as they worked under 16 hours they were eligible for rent support and council tax relief. The result was I was always short of staff. It's perverse. The stupid thing is that tax supported housing benefit ended up in private sector pockets, often limited companies who could seek to minimise tax. It's the economics of the madhouse. Far better we took our tax funds, built houses, boosted employment, increased demand by doing so which in itself increases tax revenues. Less benefit cost, more tax income and assets that last a century whilst themselves generating income into the public coffers. So instead of the BS spouted by the village idiot and to some degree by Gastafari on here, we should be pointing a finger at the abject incompetence at the heart of Government (of whatever party). Whilst I have no doubt there is fraud, stupidity and rank ignorance amongst benefit claimants, the real blame lies elsewhere. I dont know why you've brought my name into it? Me and 365 have agreed with eachother on the dependency of the Welfare State on another thread. We agreed on plenty of other stuff as well. I find 365 to be a balanced poster, a bit like myself. I have only made 1 post on this thread, where I stated my feelings on the dependency of Welfare.

Lovely jubbly!Couple of things. Perhaps the govt should just let everyone take their chances and carry on with the risk they might catch the virus. What other answer is there? Baggins unable to answer for himself now?

See there you go again âit could have been handled better but...â You minimise and deflect for the Tories but you maximise for Labour. I wish you would just hold the Tories to the same standard as Labour. You criticise Labour for wasting mon ey yet you look the other way when billions are spent on *nothing*. And you wonder why no-one takes you seriously? Try opening both eyes mate and hold both parties to the *same* standards. Unlike you with the Tories Iâve got no problem holding Blair to account for the crap that he did. Child benefit for migrants with children abroad is a ridiculous policy and Iâve no time for that at all. What I will say though, is for all the money that was lost on that exercise do you think it adds up to billions like the failed test and trace? Youâre acting like youâve just dropped a bottle of vintage 1700s wine and a bottle of milk and youâre more angry that youâve dropped the milk. Itâs ridiculous. And Iâve answered your question about an imaginary Labour government above, so now who is the one who is not reading replies?

I wondered why oldgas had been labelled as a troll, by his own admission he seems to be on a wind up and the content of his posts does nothing to dis-spell that either. More fool me!

Canât wait until Iâm retired (and picking up benefits at the expense of the tax payer ) so I can. do the same , A productive way to whittle away my life !
