Lincoln have 3 players away on international duty, but aren't allowed to postpone the game because one of them is short on first team game time this season. I would say that this must make the game a little easier than it would've been. We are going to win there 😂 i have a sneaky feeling we will get out first away win of the season on Saturday. Lincoln have had a good start but its not been anywhere near as tough as ours, they were losing on Saturday before Blackpool has a man sent off and they will also be without a few due to international duties. I recon we have a great chance to get a result and possibly 3 points. UTG

Think we will struggle to get 12 points off those teams in 8 games let alone 4!

What's wrong with loan development players from Chelsea, Blackman was a decent goalie for us last season and McCormick was part of the team which dominated the second half yesterday. I don't get why posters just like having cheap shots at Weal. It seems OK to bring in loan players as long as it's not Chelsea. If we win a game it's because the opponents were poor, not because we finally put in a decent performance. There are 20 teams in Premier and another 10 in Championship. In the last 3 years, we have had a disproportionate loan (from the parent club development squad, ie young players) from Chelsea. I don't know why posting this is so controversial? A genuine question lies in: why can't we promote our own development players? If BG wants young players and sees this as a club policy, why not bring on more of our own? The post brings in Wael, I've never mentioned it as a factor in these specific points I'm making. That's up to the poster to explain that one. My posts are trying to make the point I think we need a recognised striker rather than a development player from another club or a fox in the box from somewhere near Gatwick airport...... although others are available at request. I didn't get the impression from last week's posts that you'd sooner BG played Kilgour and Hargreaves and lost yesterday, than Baldwin and McCormick and won? As far as an experienced striker is concerned only BG knows what money he's got to spend, if he's got anything to spend whilst Bennett and Ogogo are still at the club.

Charlton are a poor team this year and nearly went under in the summer I believe. MK Dons will be in a relegation fight and blackpool are a good team. I've definitely say Sunderland Ipswich & Donny are much tougher opposition than Oxford, Charlton and Blackpool. Not that it matters though, they won all 4 and will be looking for another win on Saturday. I'd happily take a point.

You fail to point out that even lowly MK dons drew at Doncaster and against Ipswich, remind me how we got on against those teams.

It's understandable Ben has a lot to learn, he should learn from Jürgen Klopp how to give a post match interview when his team gets thrashed and take responsibility.

Why jump to any conclusions on hypothesis regarding results? We might have won more comfortably...

The table doesn’t count until we’ve played 10 games, the same as Bens results. Come on you know the forum rules. 😁

Looks like Westbrooke spent most of his time taking corners.

Actually, his corner taking is not bad at all.
