Shame, I couldn’t wait for inspiration, so went for the standard beans on toast for tea tonight. I had the rest of the stew (inspired by the oxtail delights) for lunch. |

When I was a student we had toast sandwiches if funds were running low.
Two bits of white sliced with toast in the middle, and a splash of ketchup.
It was surprisingly crap.

Spag Bol tonight.
I’ve been doing it every Friday for the last few weeks changing it a bit each time.
Tried it with paprika and a finely chopped scotch bonnet last week it is was lush so probably going to go down that route again tonight.
If it ain’t broke don’t fix it (as many Gasheads have been saying these last few weeks)
