No Big Jock still? That’s a real shame, his loss is felt on this forum. I think he would have liked to see the forum be a bit more peaceful and happy after a few games unbeaten as well, assuming he’s not reading it.

Tough on Jock to keep up the daily posting - especially when he’s got such a limited “range”. Hopefully he will come back invigorated but in the meantime Gasshole is doing a cracking job with the baton. Be good to see Gregsy back too.

Tough on Jock to keep up the daily posting - especially when he’s got such a limited “range”. Hopefully he will come back invigorated but in the meantime Gasshole is doing a cracking job with the baton. Be good to see Gregsy back too. Can be a tough crowd on the Dinner thread. |

Big thanks to Gasshole over th last few weeks appreciated pal, however, and mods if you think this should be moved to th other thread please do, I just thought it was appropriate…..
….this is th hardest post I’ve ever written. My friend. My man. Gregsy has passed an I can’t tell you how sad that makes me feel, I am literally devastated an I’m broken, as a mark of respect an I hope you don’t mind I won’t be posting anymore in this thread, it’s time to close it, my wing man is down an he was th glue that held it together, tonight we mourn one of th finest, loving, crazy bastards yous ever likely to meet.
This thread began just before th awful pandemic struck an changed many of our lives forever, our friend Gregsy embraced it even tho he was struggling himself and made it so much fun, during lockdown you kept me goin buddy, you got more heart an good feelings towards others than a hundred men put together.
Many of us had our really dark moments and Gregsy was th one who just made us smile/laugh when we most needed it. YOU GOT US THROUGH GREGSY! I genuinely think if he could say something to us all now it would be “just try to be nicer to each other”
My thoughts go to Clare and Gregsy’s family, I feel for you so much.
I loved my wee pal an will never ever forget what he gave us. Rest in peace my friend and thank you so much for everything.
