If we start in the same fashion as we did against Southend then Ipswich will be out of sight by half time and we will be on the end of an absolute battering , if we can just keep it tight and not make any silly mistakes I think then , we might just surprise them ! Good luck boys , UTG !!!!! Mind you, we thought we were done for in the Southend game. I totally agree , but southend missed a lot of chances to add to the 2 goals they scored , I can’t see Ipswich being as wasteful.

You never know. But, Southend are where they are because of missed chances, Ipswich are there because they don't. Bugger.

Nichols and Smith together, better make our high balls low ones, today.

Blimey, look at the bench are any of them old enough to drink? Talking of drink I’ve just cracked another one in celebration of a Nichols brace, brace of what I don’t know pheasant maybe?

Congratulations to Kieran Phillips on his first call up to the squad.

I was feeling positive of at least a draw earlier today, but I must say that I have a terrible feeling of 2/3-0 Ipswich now

I’ve learnt my lesson on being wrong with the line up so I’m staying optimistic this time! Keep the ball on the deck and stay in the game, bring on the young legs to win it late on! Good to see the development lads getting a chance, I guess it’s the end of Benno if he can’t get in the squad today? Here’s hoping GC can pull more rabbits out of the hat today! UTG

" We will need to bring players in, in January if we are going to challenge", says our Manager.

I don’t know whether it is his attempt at being funny but our manager is just down right disrespectful when speaking about players outside of the starting 11. He saps all good feeling I have about Bristol Rovers that I have at the moment.

Just pointing out we are very short on experience and we can't rely on these youngsters to get us promo tion. Can't remember the last incumbent having to fill the bench with young lads or even being prepared to give them a chance.

We’ve generally been playing 4-5-1 away lately and done very well at it . Perhaps Nichols will be in the centre of attacking midfield looking to play our sole striker Smith in.

Your not Bennett’s dad are you ?

The clarke-harris and to a lesser degree the mark little injury situation is a major headache. No bennett or holmes-dennis on the bench again either.

He never says anything encouraging, just that he has to put them on the bench through desperation. I admit that I am very anti-Coughlan and will never be happy with him here. However, I would prefer that if can’t say something positive about the development players he should just keep his mouth shut.

Think we'll really miss Ogogo today.
Was thinking we might pull off a draw today but the injury weakened squad leaves me less hopeful.

I'm not going to pretend I've always liked Coughlan and I wanted him gone after the Coventry game but results don't lie.
