Not expecting anything at Accy. Realistically, anything more than 4 points from our next 4 games would be happy days. Accy (A) Wycscum (H) Pompey (A) P'boro (H) Accy Draw Wycombe win Pompey lose Peterborough draw 5pts

How much wood will Will Packwood pack if Will Packwood will pack wood?

Wycombe are mid table but if we beat Accy tomorrow and Wycombe after there’s a good chance we’d be above them by the end of that game. The league really opened up over Christmas , nobody is cut adrift anymore. We occupied the last relegation place when DC was sacked but were 4 points below the club above us. Nobody from 9th down is safe and I can see the likes of Wycombe and Rochdale being dragged in to the sh** and sides like ourselves and Bradford pulling clear. Burton are 9th and only 8 points above the drop.

Yeah, looking at the BBC form table, there's almost as much green in the bottom third as the top third, and the middle bit is all red: www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/league-one/table

How about this. We sell Tom Lockyer-Beckenbauer for £2m while he's still in the Wales squad and slot Tom Broadbent into the vacant position.

'Cos were obviously not starting the matchday thread on the day of the match anymore. I'm gonna go for a 1-1 if THD plays and a 1-0 loss if he doesn't. Can't see us getting a result at Accrington Stanley (Who are they?), but 'hope springs eternal' as Alexander Pope (No not Pipe WYHHB!) said. UTG

How much wood will Will Packwood pack if Will Packwood will pack wood? Surely if Will Packwood is packing wood then the running would not be good?

UTG B Post reporting Accy have lost their 6 loan players already this month, given their league form of late this must surely be a game where we can finally beat them? Plus hopefully we've lost our apparent DC mindset of we've lost before we've kick off.

There’s no need to fear Accrington tomorrow they’ve won two out of their last 10 and I’m certain Cogs will be telling our players the same. None of the “they’re a great team with great players at this level “ nonsense talk , just tell our players that if they go out and give it everything we can win.

Surprised no one's mentioned the Accrington loan signings of striker from Middlesbrough and fullback from Newcastle - hopefully won't cause us too many problems!

Go a feeling Accrington will give us our usual ‘crashing down to Earth & realization that we’re crap’ weekend feeling again

Gibson's just returned from a loan spell at Gateshead where he scored 10 goals in 16 National League games including 2 v Hartlepool on Boxing Day. He looks like he could be more of a goal threat than Reilly or Nichol later.

Big test for squad and GC, we will see if we really have turned the corner.Players had upped there game recently but the performance v Burton was of some concern.Hope the players who got GC the job by showing the fight and determination needed to pull us clear of the drop zone keep up that mind set and dont take there foot off the Gas!if they do we will back to square one. However GC seems a good motivator and i don't believe he will accept anything less than approach the players took into the last few away games and given Stanley's far from impressive recent form we can win this one ,so its 1-0 to Rovers and on we go!!!

I know Burton just got done 9-0 but they won 4-0 the weekend before that away at Rochdale. I think they're a better side than their league position shows and we looked fairly comfortable against them. I'm not overly concerned about our game with them a couple of weeks back. We seem to have gotten rid of the mistakes that we were making under DC. If Bonham could just get back to the form he was in earlier in the season then I think we'll be ok.
