The sooner DC realises there is a flaw in rotation policy the better, players dont have to work hard to get back in the team, just given a start a few games later.

I think you are right and the rotation affects players in different ways too. The experienced ones probably just get on with it , some players COULD just take the pay and know they might be in and out of the team. The youngsters though can take things to heart and it affect their performances by then trying too hard. But for me the biggest issue is all about partnerships, we have conceded less and by not changing centre halfs and keeper every game this proves the point. Elsewhere in the team it is a constant turnaround, full-back/wide player, central midfield and strikers are changed virtually every game which means we lose the consistency and players knowing each others game.

One thing's for sure, it's going to be cold. It's only my madness that is taking me away from a night in the warm watching Judge Judy.

I'm in two minds whether to go tonight. I won't finish work til 7pm at the earliest and then it'll be a mad dash across Filton to get there for kick off. Plus, I've only got my work shirt with me so I'll probably freeze. Then there's the small matter of not having seen them win this season and thinking that if I give it a miss tonight then maybe they might win again. I'm trying hard not to believe that I'm a jinx this season.
And the thought of standing next to some squeaky voiced adolescent in the Blackthorn again, like I did on Saturday, doesn't do it for me. It was like listening to Eric Cartman from South Park all through the game. Did my Dam head in.

If we score and this is the MASSIVE if - who's going to score? have much more faith in Ollie or Sercs than in Payne, Nichols ET AL. I can imagine the look on every Gashead's face if any of them lot score

They would have to seriously pepper the goal for the full 90 to even have a chance of getting 4 past Bonham.
