It'll pay for itself though with the potential extra revenue avenues they will get from it.

Did we miss out on him again?
Seriously though, that sort of fee could sort out quite a few lower league teams.

Think he will find it different playing in Italy, than he did in Spain He's scored 12 goals in his last 9 games against Italian sides. Playing for one of the best teams ever. I notice you say last 9 games, what's his over all games to goal ratio against Italian sides? I suspect somehow its not as good as 12 in 9 stat you said. The Italian league is nowhere near as open and attacking as the Spanish league is, rather than the 30 & 40 goals per season, I'd be willing to say he won't score 20+ league goals.

Throughout his whole career he has played 24 times against Italian clubs, scoring 18 goals. During the past couple of seasons Dries Mertens, Gonzalo Higuaín, Paulo Dybala, Mauro Icardi, Ciro Immobile, Andrea Belotti and Edin Dzeko have all scored 20+ goals in the league at least once. If they can do it, I'm sure Ronaldo can too.

It'll pay for itself though with the potential extra revenue avenues they will get from it. Apparently Juventus' share price has risen exponentially and they'll get tens of millions from shirt sales so it is a sensible decision by them. Serie A is of such a low standard these days that I'd be surprised if Ronaldo doesn't score at least 30.

Fiat workers going on strike in protest at his signing. Arturo Scargillio called them out after a minority ballot.
