Very sad to hear that he has passed away. One of my first football heroes, I remember seeing him play against Rovers in the old 2nd Division at Eastville.

61 is a ridiculous young age. Remember seeing him play for Chelsea at Eastville when we beat them in late 70's, a class act. RIP Butch.

Does anyone remember an England youth game at Eastville in 1975. I'm pretty sure I remember Ray playing in the game along with Bryan Robson. It was versus Spain I think.
