It was the rugby club that sold it prior to us buying it I don't think it was LPG, I'm pretty sure we were in on it as well. Pretty sure womble is correct, so why suggest otherwise, even if we were involved then perhaps selling the land was the only way to keep the rugby club from selling the ground to Amtrax, who were also looking to buy the ground from the rugby club. |

All quiet on this so I'm guessing no new or updated site was submitted. The lack of communication from owners is quite worrying I must admit, I think the last time Wael gave us a Stadium update was December? |

The rugby club had sold an option to buy the land that was their training pitch (now Trubshaw Gardens). Once the developer decided to exercise their option to buy, I'm not sure if there was a great deal the football club could do about it. Yes, we could have stopped the sale, and unfortunately, in hindsight, it was a bad decision not to. But at the time................! |
