what I have been thinking about is the badge where the writing "Bristol Rovers"stands out a bit and Goodnight irene either above or underneath. Yeah please mate if you could design something that would be cool. My last suggestion. A bit retro, this.  That is an awesome picture by the way ! |

How about just the Gasometer with Gas on it ?.
A cover up limits you because it has to be darker than the tattoo that you have..
I had a tattoo lasered to make it lighter and then a cover up,I had 3 lots of lasering so it took a few months,it was painful too (more than a tattoo) but it was worth it,glad I don't have to do it again though.

I am not on the Appreciation page any more but a while back quite a few people put their tattoo pictures up,one was a good cover up done by a tattooist in Oldbury court ( I think). The most original was a tattoo of Sponge Bob square pants waving a blue and white scarf,classic.
The skull and cross bones with Bristol Rovers was done a lot in the 70s by Skuses in Mina road,a few of my mates had it done,I think it was because the old club badge ( city of Bristol crest ) would be quite hard to make into a tattoo,especially back then when the lines weren't so fine on tattoos.

That is one of the worst tattoos I have seen , what sort of bird is that ? legs like a cockerel,yellow specks on the chest and yellow arse...is it a Dodo ?...the writing looks terrible and as you say the date is wrong..absolute disaster. |

My advice would be that if you are not sure what to get at this stage, cancel the appointment. Never understand why people get tattoos on a whim. If an individual has spent time thinking it through, has had it designed and had time to think about it, then that's another thing, but why permanently mark your body if you don't know for sure what you want done? I woke up with a tattoo that I didn't realise I'd had done. I thought it was a dream! Good times... |
