For the first time in many many years i will think long and hard before i renew my season ticket this season
The issue for me is poor health... I have a problem with my right knee and standing for so long cripples me for a few days and because the seats are so close together it puts to much pressure on my knee with the same result
Maybe when the NHS have enough money to fix it i will be ok
I will pick and choose what games i watch and maybe watch others on ifollow when available

I was a season ticket holder but didn't bother this year. I was thinking of getting one again next season but I'm still not sure - some tangible sign of progress off the field would have swung it for me and probably more of a factor than whether it's Div I or Div II. Are you there for the Team, or the Board? Renew. Even if I don't I will end up doing what I have done this season - attend pretty much every home game and therefore put even more money into the club! I'm also finding midweek games a real chore - trying to negotiate my way past the MOD and along Filton Ave 😡

Must be an age thing.

Do you stand on the left? I used to, back in the day, stand back middle just to the right of the goal next to the infamous 'Barry' who would sing all game even if on his own. Now I sit second row of East next to the away fans - great view but pricey as mentioned. Shame, as I'd like to renew but just can't justify another £410. Clowns to the left of you Jokers to the right There you were Stuck in the middle with us

Must be an age thing. You are probably right - getting older and stood on a cold wet East Terrace is less and less attractive. I just feel the owners don't deserve my cash as a lump sum up front when they fail to communicate anything of real value. It's stupid because if they were making genuine attempts at a stadium and told us about instead of being so secretive they would get far more fan backing and bigger attendances. A genuine feel good factor around the place would probably have a positive affect on the playing side too.

Full of enthusiasm to renew my East Stand season ticket but deflated after failing numerous times online. Error messages include temporarily unavailable, multiple ticket applications not allowed and no seats available together (it is only one seat that I want!)

Doesn't the promotion of season tickets usually coincide with a piece of good news about the club as an incentive? Did I miss it?

League 2 promotion campaign might actually offer up more entertainment than a league 1 relegation / mid table battle. I’d get one if I lived in Bristol. Not bad value when you think of crazy prem prices. Having my first stab at using ‘print at home’ tickets tomorrow. Where do you live ? Leicester, so home games a bit of a trek. Looking forward to Coventry away.

I know it's an early bird price but I do get annoyed that it's got a closing date so early. We may well still be completely in the dark as to whether we may be in league 1 or league 2. We don't have an easy run of games up to 16th April so by the time the deadline expires we could be right back in the mire. It would undoubtedly put people off renewing if they thought we might still get relegated, and even if we then survived we wouldn't attract all those people back given that the early bird price will have ended and they have to pay more for their season ticket. I have to fork out for 3 season tickets so this is the exact conundrum that I face. But isn’t that the idea of the early bird? To draw you in to a cheaper price and rush you into a decision before you decide whether you definitely want to or not? It’s a bit like early bird prices for an individual game, if you wait until the day to decide whether you want to go or not, you pay more. So they offer you a cheaper price to try and pressure you into that decision. And in a slightly different market it’s a bit like the cheapest tickets for a music festival. The cheapest ones go first before the lineup is announced. So that those that decide they want to go after the lineup is announced pay more for their ticket. It’s just standard marketing really.

I know but it's the factor of the unknown (survival or relegation) that provides the irritation. If we were 15 points clear of relegation I would have no issue with renewing before mid April. And if I only had to buy one for myself then it probably wouldn't be an issue either way. But I have to pay for 3 - Scrappydoo has lost interest but I bought him one anyway (money for the club) and Mrs Scoobydooo confided in me this week that she has been pretty bored lately and maybe I should go on my own for the rest of the season. Maybe this year I've just got more to weigh up than most. Still, we plod on.

I'll only come back over if we bring back the "We're the right side; we're the right side; we're the right side over here!!" chants. Ah, those were the days! Why have they stopped singing that? Enjoyed sitting in the stand and hearing that. BRING IT BACK BLACKTHORNERS!!!

I love Rovers but I just cannot justify £410 to renew my seat in the East Stand. That is absolutely not value for money and unfortunately I will be declining the option Same here.

£285 to stand in the rain...... again watching what? - Div 1 OR Div 2? By offering so early surely means one thing - running out of money - AGM will be interesting. City must be well skint then

Does anyone know how much the early bird cost for a seat in the East stand was last season? can’t seem to remember paying that much.
