36 pages. Wow, just wow. Maybe it should just be finished with now and then post a new thread when there is actually some news to talk about. Or is that too simple?
EDIT: Yes I realise my post just made it turn to page 37.

Knowall suggested 6 months last week!! I'm not convinced of good things to come any more than I am of all the doomsayers and muck rakers. No one knows a bloody thing! This thread is getting near to the usual 50 pages where it's ran it's course so I'm expecting the latest new "UWE" rumour any day now, although the fact our new CEO didn't even mention the new stadium or training ground really tells it's own story. We may as well just concentrate on the football for the foreseeable future. And nothing ever happens, Nothing happens at all! The needle returns to the start of tne song, And we all sing along like before... (Del Amitri 1989) Ban me!

A large 45 acres plot has just be acquired near the new industrial estate near the Wine warehouse Just Sayin' I'm confused is the 45 acres at Hallen or Filton? To clarify it's that site bounded by North Somerset, Banes and South Glos Councils which might be in Bristol. Hope that clarifies it for everyone.

This is adjacent the massive new Amazon warehouse. I have it from first hand knowledge that Rovers have been knocked back twice with developments at the Avonmouth area. Both times if not for any other reason it was on Health & Safety ground. Avonmouth is an Industrial Zone and if ever an industrial discharge incident occurred it would not be possible to evacuate large crowds from a large Stadium complex in the time deemed to be acceptable. Thus it will never happen in the industrial zone.

A massive Amazon warehouse and an equally large wine warehouse and others can hardly be considered hazardous unless you are a Bristol City supporting councillor!

Avonmouth is a lot further out and would be a nightmare for anyone coming from the east/south east/south of Bristol.

Twerton is in a completely different City.
